"Location suite right on waterfront road"

"The hotelier at reception placed us in a really stunning 2 bedroom apartment. It was up on the top floor, completely exposed to the sparkling waters of the beach directly across the road. The front of the apartment had large bi-fold doors which opened completely out to the roomy sunny balcony. We could see the Waitangi grounds while sitting relaxing with a glass of bubbly. Kitchen was very modern and well appointed with all the things to make for a relaxing stay. Lounge, bedrooms and...

"Convenient location. No laundry. Kitchen was useful. Could have used a larger table or another two chairs in the business or junior suite."

"Great location, room next pool, nice"

"Clean room, plenty parking. Nice vibes"

"Good enough"

"IN all it was a great place to stay and we will continue to stay there in future. The grounds are in a bad way as all the trees have been cut down and there is no woodlands on the their outlook views. They have also removed all the undergrowth on their property leaving the driveway bare. Until this is redone the outlook on approach is not nice."

"Our 3rd time here in 2months. We have been coming here consistently since our first visit. Would highly recommend, they have hot pools, spa. We ended up changing our room from the upstairs room to a downstairs room so we can park close to our car and also charge."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Very appreciative to be able to have our dog stay with us. Lovely staff and a super spot to stay if visiting the Bay of Islands."

"Nice room with a good breakfast."

"Lovely location the staff was very friendly and helpful with my trailer Thank you 🙏"

"Overall it is good. Clean and staff are friendly. But no hairdrier in my room"

"A great apartment overlooking the water and sunset and very handy to have a washing machine/dryer even though it took hours to complete a cycle. We enjoyed cooking. We loved exploring Russell and surroundings so worth taking the car ferry from Opua (3km away) We were disappointed to discover the winery on way to Russell was closed even though advice was it was open on Wednesdays. Keri Keri is also worth a visit and a short drive north. Piahia though was the perfect place to stay."

"Lovely and clean. Staff were great. The fluffy cat was very cute."

"Great hotel on the edge of town centre so easy walk to restaurants. One bedroom unit waa very spacious and is equipped with everything you need including kitchenette if you want to cook. Parking no problem as all units have an allocated spot. Would highly recommend."

"At check-in we got the wrong room and had to go down to reception to have this resolved. Got given a room without a balcony. Day two the room was not serviced and when I asked about it they wanted to know what I expected when the information I received from reception at check in state daily service. I asked for toilet paper the morning of check out after the room did not get serviced and are still waiting. Your conclusion."

"The room was spot less and was absolutely amazing"
