"The hotel itself is clean and has plenty of staff available to help when needed. However, the TV could be improved—either by upgrading to smart TVs or improving the signal quality. The outdoor restaurant also needs heating, and the food was average at best."

"It’s an ok resort if you’re visiting for a day or so. This isn’t somewhere you’d spend a week or even 2 days. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. "

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly there is no back up generator when the power goes off. Very hard place to find if don't have sat nav! Very reasonable price for stay and you must order evening meal at least two hour before you want eat. "

"They have various kind of rooms. We didn't like the initial room we have booked by app, later we have upgraded the room to little bit better room. But the room size is small compear to it's class!"

"I stayed 2 nights there from 15th to 17th Sep 2017. They promised free breakfast for 2 persons, but they charged additional 400 BDT for 2days. I booked the 2 twin beds and 205 sq-foot room with garden views, but i should stay one bed room and could not see any garden from the room. I think Lemon garden resort is cheating hotel."

"Why do you sell for such property with whom you don’t have any agreement. My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. And of course reimburse the charges you did on my card as I had to stay elsewhere at the last moment and pay for that."
