"Having only a few guests at an all-inclusive hotel could have felt strange – but here it felt exclusive instead. A four-course set menu for both lunch and dinner, wine with the meals, an open bar, and staff delivering service as if the hotel were fully booked. So much heart. The room was clean and well-equipped (AC, good Wi-Fi), and the manager was calm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. However, several issues are unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. Hot water lasts barely 10 minutes per shower before turning cold. The toilet seat was also broken, which shows a clear lack of maintenance. The biggest problem is the lack of transparency.
