"Pros: * Very spacious, modern room with excellent noise insulation * High-quality toiletries in the bathroom * Air conditioning was noticeably quieter than in other hotels * Comfortable mattress * Location is perfect if arriving by train; the entrance is directly on the pedestrian bridge connecting the station and airport Cons: * Long wait times for the elevators, as several seemed to be out of service * Found several stray hairs in the bathroom * Only one large blanket on the king-size...

"In person, the staff were friendly, and helpful. But when communicating through email, they are quite unresponsive. Our family rooms were excellent. Two separate rooms, with our own private hallway. Location was very convenient in the Westend (financial district). We had international cuisines nightly - Japanese: Earth Tokyo (superb ramen). Chinese: 老成都 Szechuan, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese. Shopping area in Goethestraße. Close to Frankfurt airport. Parking, even though is attached to the...

Everything felt contemporary, exceptionally well maintained, and finished to a very high standard. The attention...

"The staff was super helpful and kind. We were on our way from Africa to Canada and wanted to visit our friends in Hamburg. We didn’t want to carry all our luggage with us so we asked the hotel staff if we could leave our luggage for few days with them as we will be staying there on our way back. It was no problem for which we are very grateful. The hotel has a shuttle going to and from the airport, the menu for dinner may not have lots of verity but the food is delicious. One thing that bothered...
