"Love everything about my stay"

"The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. What I loved most was the hot shower and the good water pressure. I also liked the number of resturants there were on the property. I didn't have to leave the hotel for food. Although it was a good stay, there are some things I think can be changed like upgrading the tvs to smart tvs. I also think there should be more perks for Hilton members other than free wifi and free bottled water."

"Great price"

"Nice rooms. Bar staff very friendly"

"Beautiful and peaceful"

"Would give a higher rating if the housekeeper didn’t enter our room without warning right before we checked out"

"My accomodations was not as expected. It was my wife's birthday and I reserved about a month out, a one bedroom inside view, king size bedroom. My doesn't feel comfortable with city view or a river view room. On arrival I was told my one bed king size bedroom with indoor view was not available. I was told we book you in a two full size bedroom with a river view. I ask the desk clerk, what happened to my room I reserved? I was told I don't and was ask are you a Hyatt member? I said no and was...

"Almost died got admitted to hospital. Scumbags don’t care about refunding customers. Rotten greedy people. Never stay here. All they see is dollar signs."

"Our favorite things about the hotel: - Fabulous location. Close to everything. - Staff. Parking attendant (Reece), front desk check-in person, and coffee attendant were friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. - Beautiful hotel. Architecture, furnishings… all lovely - Free parking outside the hotel on the weekends! Our unfavorite things: - Bathroom: Tub needed deglazing… there was some disfiguration in an area of the tub. Plus bath fixtures were loose. And u can hear plumbing sounds when you...

"Stay was great, beautiful hotel, loved all the restaurant options, piano planner at the lounge was great. To improve ideas, room is too dimly lit, was impossible to do my make up in the near dark, had to have maintenance replace a bulb that was out, exhaustion fan needed in bathroom, tub and sink drains drained slowly,"
