"Very friendly staff, good breakfast. The bedroom is a bit dated. The bed/mattress was sinking in quite a bit so not the best rest. We didn’t try to change rooms but we let the staff know the next morning and they seemed committed to resolving it. "

"Check in staff were unaware of the Silver member perks offered by Hotels. Argumentative and hoped we would accept no for an answer and pursue the issue with Hotels.com. I did, but I am tired of hotel properties expecting me to follow up with their booking partners and OTA's when there are communication problems. This is the second time in 2 stays that this has happened. "

The front desk staff needs serious training on how to help people with reservations made online, how to be accountable for their own mistakes, and heres an idea- don’t make your guest walk-through the lobby to find a towel at the front desk when there should be some available at the entrance to the pools! I celebrated my birthday here and I had planned to return for an anniversary, but not after how I’ve been treated. Not worth it"
