"The property is great, all the areas are nice, the only downside form my perspective is the staff, they 0 in customer service. But, the place is super good, and well located."

"Only negative I can say is I was told we had a room with a pool side view. We were pool side but the view was of a rooftop not a pool. Accommodations were still spectacular. Close to all attractions. Would still recommend staying here. "

"The view of the ocean was the only good thing about my room. The air conditioner didn't cool, no coffe pot,refrigerator didn't work,broke ice machine,stayed on 9th floor one elevator broke also could have had a microwave per request found out last night there. The only good thing about stay was staff Kat and Ernest. If I could have stayed in the lobby would have been amazing very disappointing paying well over 300 a night. I will never go back to the Tides again."

"Best Feature: It is on the beach Feature I liked: Automatic pancake maker Worst Feature: Parking is limitted at the hotel (4 spots) and there are two other locations to park (1 and 2 blocks away). Don't go out you will lose your spot to someone who is there for the bar. Features I did not like: Stage beside the hotel, large amount of inebriated people on the street at 9-10, making vehicle travel dificult. The property is older and it shows, but you are there for the beach not the property. "

"I am not a huge fan of motels, but if I have to stay at one this would be it. AMAZING location! The staff was fabulous and the cleanliness was as well. "

"Clean room, air conditioning worked. It had been remodeled but there were corners in the bathroom that were ignored, not a deal breaker, just indicating they lack attention to detail. Breakfast was a joke, and I don’t expect much from continental, but no coffee, barely any fruit or bagels and they weren’t refilling . Employees friendly and courteous. Minimum parking in there garage and very tight parking spaces , but the municipal lot they allow you to park in for free is a just across the street. I would stay there again. Pricey but that’s what you get for being on the water ."
