"It's very clean, nice location and good breakfast."

"Location was an easy walk to local restaurants and amenities. However the property was run down and the furniture and fixings very old and tired."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and private. The food recommendations were excellent. Definitely coming back next time we visit the Philippines."

"The best resort in southern tagalog."

"Very good breakfast food"

"This is the 2nd room I booked for my friends They all loved the breakfast Staff are great too"

"Excellent stay"

"Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of food. The room had a great bed and pillows"

"The check-in process was so primitive. You have to fill out paperwork and they only accept cash deposit (no credit card). Who carries cash these days? The room has no towels until you request them, and when they arrived the towels were so bad. Dirty-looking towels with the edges falling apart. To me, this hotel should only cost US$35/night."

"Great place. Clean and nice."

"Great place"

"Everything was good except for food options. Not much to choose from their dinner menu. Far away from town proper, which didn't have much dining establishment either. The room was big and clean. The pool was nice and big. I would recommend overall."

"the best place to stay"

"Excellent breakfast and accessible to near by restaurants, tourist spot."

"We book 10 rooms and of the 10 rooms four of them the AC did not work so they had to move us around. The service is quite helpful. The most fun part of it was the sports complex with the Pickleball courts and the tennis courts and the jet skis by the beach that part was definitely fun but the place is rundown for sure the rooms need upgrading and better maintenance."

"Conveniently located for business travelers."

"The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. I expected much more and left feeling that my money was wasted. Unfortunately, I would not...

"I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon."
