"Staff was super helpful and responsive. Room was clean and spacious and had everything needed - ample towels and toiletries, nice hot water, tea and coffee station, filtered water, mosquito net and comfy bed. Turn down service left tasty cookies for bedtime snack. Breakfast at the restaurant was made to order and had plentiful offerings. In a very nice walkable location."

"We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here. Thank you to all the staff!"

"I had an excellent stay at this historic hotel. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant were also very good. Great views over the surrounding area and within east walking distance of the city center. I would thoroughly recommend!"

"The photos for the facility in the expedia app and level is incongruent to the price. There is no hot shower, the rooms are old with limited space. The bathroom is so tiny and had poor drainage. The internet was also poor. This facility should be rated at 1 star as it lacks major services and has limited choice of breakfast. There should be a price review as it is expensive for the services it can offer. Real photos should also be taken to enable travelers make informed choices since they majorly book online."

"Big and nice appartment fully equipes except iron. 68m2 and fair price. Located nearly a hight traffic road. I was in 5th floor and was absolutlly impossible to open the windows.Air conditionning wirking well, hot water; high level of privac in that building"
