We loved it here - very comfortable and great relaxed atmosphere. Our hosts were great and we really enjoyed talking with Osman - a very knowledgeable and engaging person. Our room was huge and homey, and the breakfast was delicious.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. largely thanks to the incredible staff. My husband unfortunately had an accident and broke his foot during our trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for is outstanding service, excellent facilities and convenient location near the Pamukkale thermal pools.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. We got there a bit late that day and were able to get into the pool. Luckily for our amazing host we got to order some food. Breakfast was delicious. The service was more than amazing. It felt like we were at our families place. I also got a massage it was amazing. Our room was so spacious. Walkable to the bazar, it was great, got to do my hair nearby as well. No issues whatsoever. If you need a place to stay not fancy with great breakfast here is where to stay. Osman you are the best! I enjoyed my stay at the Mucize Thermal Spa. The rooms are comfortable. Their rooms include optional thermal water tubs. The staff is also friendly and cares about their guest's well-being.

Great to stay in the little inn

We couldn't use their sauna area, but the outside thermal pool was great fun and relaxing after walking around Pamukkale. Even the bathtub in the room had a tap for a hot spring! It was a great novelty. The hotel was located only a 7-10 minute drive to the north entrance of Hierapolis and Pamukkale. The Karahayit town was a pleasant surprise. We stayed on Friday night, and the street market had an amazing vibe, and the free hot spring for the public was across the road from the hotel. My husband unfortunately got unwell the next morning so he missed the great breakfast, but the owner let us stay longer and was very caring (he recovered after that). If we have the chance to return to Karahayit, we will definitely stay at this small inn.

Very quirky place where you get to experience thermal hot springs in your own bath tub. There is also a public hot spring as well as a pool. Rooms ok, small bed, as only double. Breakfasts very good. Helpful staff.

It was very nice to stay here from the view of cleanness, hospitality, and location. Each room has the tap where the hot spring water comes out. Even after check-out, they allowed me to utilize the pool, shower, and even Hamam. Thank you for everything.

I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very relaxing and family friendly. The private hot spring bath in the room was very special. The hotel is family operated and very honest and reliable. They arrange the paragliding and hot air balloon ride with a very reasonable price. You can save money and time by skipping negotiation with the travel agency. We had a flight early morning at 8:30AM to Istanbul, but they helped us in arranging a shuttle and it was very smooth. It is located a bit remote from Pamukkare but it is easy access by minibus and there is a bazaar in a couple of minutes walk for dinner and shopping. This is not for tourists and we enjoyed the local atmosphere.

The hotel is clean and not to big. The rooms are large and modern. There is a thermal bath in every room. The normal shower could be replaced by a modern one, but everytjing works. The breakfast is given at the table, but is hugh and delicious. You have everything and as much as you like. Only for the breakfast alone, I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is near the centre of Karahayot, with a lot of stores and restaurants. It's also next to the red water, a place you have to visit in the evening for Turkisch tea. We had a very good overall stay and when we visit the area again, we will stay there again.

We rated this hotel low based on the smell of the bathroom. The bathroom had an overpowering smell of urine. When we first got to our room we noticed it. An employee of the hotel came to our arrived and did something to try and remedy, but with no success. The morning we left, it honestly was so strong we thought we were in the bathroom of a truck stop or public bathroom. It was not good. And, it had nothing to do with the smell of the shower which has thermal waters. There were some positives. Our bedroom was clean. The hotel staff was nice. The AC worked. The breakfast was excellent. But that bathroom was bad.

Would have liked to stay longer, owner and family very friendly and helpful, Very surprised with the 15 plates of lovely fresh breakfast, we had a very deep hot thermal bath as well as a shower, this hot thermal water was separate from the normal water supply, there was another hot family sized pool next to the swimming pool, Amazing stay!

The son was very helpful in helping us to make reservations for the train from Denizli to Selcuk. He also arranged a driver to take us to Lakadocia and Kaklik Cave and the on the last day to take us to the train station. The father upgraded our room to a family room with a kitchenette. It was very spacious. The morning buffet was huge and delicious. We enjoyed the red travertine pools which were right around the corner.

I choose this place based on previous reviews but I don’t understand why anyone gave them exceptional or good. It wasn’t clean at all room was clean but bathroom and shower wasn’t clean at all for the money they charge. One thing pulled me there was hot spring water in the room but unfortunately bathtub was so dirty we couldn’t even us it. It is a family run hotel and they were nice and friendly but place itself was not worth the money.
