This is an older hotel that used to be a Holidome. My husband & I stayed here 40 years ago. That said, it is still a great place to stay. The lobby is so beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and towels fluffy! The hotel has some wear but that’s to be expected. The pool is large and very clean. The breakfast is one of the best “hotel free breakfast” we have experienced. A great place to stay for the money. This was our second stay in the last couple of months. Our son lives just a few miles away so it’s perfect for us. We will be back!

A hidden Gem in Decatur IL

We stay in Decatur frequently and don’t know by we never stayed here before. The lobby is gorgeous & the staff super friendly. The free breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve encountered in our many travels. Our room was clean and comfortable. The facility has some wear on it but it was still a fantastic stay.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was yummy like as it was the 1st time may 22nd staying there. Definitely will stay again and recommend it if going to the Zoo or to Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater which we did both and all of us had an amazing time!

My sister & i stayed there after our Bret Michaels concert @ the Devon Lakeshore and we were very pleased with the staff, cleanliness & breakfast. Everyone was very pleasant & helpful especially the lady who made breakfast the morning of our check out on may 23rd. We will definitely be going back for concerts (esp in june)
