The room was beautiful, everything was available to use, check out was easy (just a text). It is a timeshare resort so expect a 90min(5hr) tour and if you need more than 1 car, you have to book a 3 or 4 bedroom not a 1 or 2 cause they wont give it to you but public parking for 30dollars a bight is available across the wtreer

Everything was very clean. Bartenders were all great. The extra activities (Santa and Grinch) were an awesome addition. Our only complaint is when the security staff overstepped and yelled at kids in the pool for playing football rather than address parents.

The hotel was amazing! The kids loved the arcade and the pools. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was extremely nice. Plenty room for the 5 of us. I will say that if you have small kids, bring an air mattress. The beds are high off the floor and they do not have cots for them to sleep on.

Beautiful facilities. Pool and boardwalk out to beach. Fun things for kids too like kiddie splash park and slide. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was good getting us the 2 queen beds we booked.

From the room to amenities, this place was great for our family of 5 + 1 extra. Lazy River was a staple of our relaxing time. We had everything we needed to rest and relax between events. Definitely will be looking forward to staying here again.

I've never stayed at Daytona Beach, I stayed due to having Friends there and taking part of their vacation. Our room was a great ocean view on the 22nd Floor. The only downside, our room was a little older with carpet/dressers/beds and a lot of scuffs on the walls. It was clean but old/outdated. Air conditioning in the unit worked wonderfully, large and spacious bedroom/bathrooms. Great stay overall.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Security was awesome. They text us to let us know they re-opened the pool after a storm. They text daily activities scheduled. Within walking distance to the shops.

Convenience of booking was easy- needed to pre-extend our trip by 2 days and was able to book same hotel so the transfer from 1 bedroom to condo was a breeze. Was able to catch Uber to grocery store and it was close by the convention center for the graduation we were attending.
