Charming heritage hotel

We chose this hotel for its colonial history and it mef all our expectations. We had dinner in their restaurant, and although the place was quiet (only one other table was occupied) the food was delicious and the service was excellent.

The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill.

Quintessential perfectly preserved beautiful British Raj hill station hotel Darjeeling full of historical artefacts at the end of the mall with some views. The staff were very attentive and helpful and served delicious meals in the dining room and I really enjoyed my stay of stepping back in time at this sanctuary of history in th hills away from the hustle and bustle of the town. 💖😎Dawn from Australia

Very convenient place near the market middle of the mall but quite. Hotel restaurant is very bad, food test not good. Very costly according to the cost quality and quantity very poor.
