The hotel is spot on: very clean, large rooms and great customer service. I had a room for people with special needs and I was pleased to see the attention to details such as wheel chair access for shower and braille communication. I stayed at Boudl Al Shatea for couple of days and I discovered through the hotel personal how generous are the local people of Saudi. I was looking to get exchange for my canadian dollars at a late time of the day when all exchange offices were closed. Moussa a local Saudi receptionist at the hotel trying to help me out have offered me his own money to go and get dinner and taxi. I have travelled all over the world for year and this is the first time I have seen this much generosity in my life. Thanks Moussa and all your team for being great people in a great hotel. Moussa and his team from Boudl Al Shartea are one of the kindest and greatest people in the world. I guess that is one of the Saudi people’s values too to be generous. The hotel is well located in town close by shopping stores and restaurants. Moussa went above and beyond by helping me to get through the night when all exchange places were closed and I had only canadian dollars, running short of Saudi Riyal. Moussa provided me with his own local visa card and trusted me to use it for taxi and dinner. That was one of the most generous gentleman that I have met so far. Moussa got to be proud to be from Saudi, the land of generosity and the blessed country. I will definitely stay at Boudl Al Shatea hotel when I come back next time to Dammam.

it is only 20m far from a big shoppong mall which has carrefour . so it is good to buy your requirements from there small rooms dont have a window to outside of the hotel!

The hotel location was excellent Just few steps to reach everything you require Shopping mall and hyper market just beside the hotel... cafes and restaurant around the whole area. The negative things: - hotel should be refubrished - design of the bathroom not comfy .. its very tigheny - basement parking was difficult

الفندق ممتاز في النظافة وقريب من الخدمات وهادئ جدا وانصح للعوائل والخدمة ممتازة جدا . لكن لي تحفظ على قوانين الادارة في وقت الوصول . تم وصولي الساعة 3 صباحا ولم يتم استقبالي انا والعائلة من موظف الاستقبال الا بعد الساعة 8 صباحا حيث انني انتظرت في الشارع حتى الساعة 8 ليتم استقبالنا وذالك لسياسة الفندق الخاطأه للاسف وعندما طلبت الدخول الفندق الساعة 4 فجرا تم مضاعفة السعر لاكثر من الضعف او الانتظار حتى الساعة 8 صباحا . علما ان سعر الحجز 707 ريال لليله الواحده والدخول قبل 8 صباحا يضاف على السعر مبلغ 1600 ريال ليصبح المبلغ 2300 ريال لليله او الانتظار الى مابعد الساعة 8 صباحا لدخول بسعر الحجز وهو 707

جيدة وممتعة وكانت ممتاز بس كان يعيبها طلبنا حبوب فيفادول ولم نجد عندهم وطلبنا من الاستقبال ان يرسل احد الموظفين ولكن تم الرفض بالرغم اننا اكتشفنا فيما بعد بان الصيدلية تبعد فقد اقل من دقيقتين مشي على الاقدام من الفندق وبالاجمال للامانة الفندق جدا ممتاز
