My main issue with this hotel is the transportation to and from the airport. Very poor timing, planning and response from the hotel. There were issues when I arrived at the hotel from others calling into the front desk during my check in. When I returned from my trip, it took the shuttle 1 hour and 10 mins to pick me up and 30 mins to get back to the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if staying for the airport shuttle.

We didn’t get check in to our hotel it was burnt down I best get my money credit it to me on my card this is awful not a good experience with this hotel.com need better communication letting someone know there hotel is burnt down.

Airport Shuttle was not convenient. Waited 2 hours at airport for shuttle. Shuttle is shared with other hotels so no one organizes pick up. We almost got left at airport after shuttle pulled up as it loaded people who had only been waiting 15 minutes and told us their van was full. Will we never again stay at any of the hotels on that shared shuttle service.

Canceled flight one night stay

Was ok for 1 one night, can't comment on more than one night, seemed not be too friendly. Try to call from the airport to see if they had a shuttle to the hotel was put on hold no one answered, took a cab. Turns out they only offer shuttle to the airport and the shuttle was in bad shape. Their breakfast was ok

Not good shuttle service

I called the hotel for the free shuttle pick up & waited an hour. The shuttle never came so I had to spend money to get an Uber to get to the hotel. I had a flight the next day & the shuttle would not come so I got in a situation where I was getting ready to call Uber again & the driver finally came. The free shuttle to & from the airport was the only reason I chose this hotel.

We had a late night flight that got in around midnight and the shuttle picked us up quickly. The employees that checked us in were nice. The Bed was super comfy and clean. the breakfast was great.

Close to the airport with free shuttle and complimentary breakfast daily. Staff very friendly and accommodating Not walkable to anything but a gas station with a convenience store but there is a whataburger there as well. Overall great bang for your buck!

This property was clean and the staff was very friendly with great customer service. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I checked in super late and staff was understanding and made check in super easy. I did not take advantage of any amenities so I cannot comment on those. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you’re in the DFW area.

Not the best for the price. Suggest going to Marriott or other nearby hotels that are only a bit more expensive ($20-30/night) if you need a hotel overnight because of all the delays at DFW. This was what you would expect from a Comfort Inn. Not the best. Old building but strange website said renovated. It is not.

Unfortunately, the window was off the track allowing hot air in, the AC was very weak, the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and the tub didn't drain properly.
