"This is a great place to have an authentic Japanese experience. The traditional rooms with tatami floors were spacious and clean. The bedding was light and warm. "文化財に登録されるだけあって重厚で趣のある素晴らしい建物です。柱や梁の太さ、床板の厚み、上り框の立派さ、どれをとっても素晴らしい建築物です。 ご亭主や女将さんはとても親しみやすくとてもゆっくりくつろげました。 お料理は自家製の山菜料理や地元の食材をふんだんに使った物でとても美味しくいただきました。また温泉はさっぱりとした湯上がりでとても温まります。地元の方のお話も聞けてとても良い思い出になりました。家内もとても喜んでいます。 また機会があれば是非訪れてみたい所です。"

"大曲で、メジャーな方のコンサートがあり一泊しました。 建物はやや年季が入っていますが、暖房エアコン・大型テレビ等は新しく、部屋もきれいに清掃されていて気持ちよく過ごせました。 ロビーにて無料コーヒー、無料新聞あり。電子レンジもあり。大浴場が男性しかありませんが、女性向けにロビーにて、化粧水や入浴剤、枕も自由に選べてよかったです。また、徒歩4分ほどに地元スーパーがありとても便利 フロントの方々はみなさん、にこやかでとても親切でした。急な雨で傘もお借りしました。 大曲市民会館でのコンサート終了時間には路線バスが終了しているため、タクシー会社の迎車手配も快く対応していただけました。お世話になりました。"
