Understand that this is a ā€œlove hotelā€ that generally rents rooms three hours at a time. So there was constant noise from people coming and going. However, the staff was very nice and accommodating, and the room was okay. It was convenient having the subway entrance nearby as well as several restaurants and easy access to Camp Walker.

Our experience at this hotel was mediocre at best, it was very hot in the room and couldnt activate the (not so) air conditioner without being inside the room. the women at the front desk was friendly, but it was misleading at the pool was only available to higher paying customers, as the only access was through their rooms. we ended up leaving as it wasnt comfortable for us to stay, we payed for the night and the cancelation fee, but wasnt given a refund for the other days. It was also overall creepy.
