Everything was excellent. I gave four stars only because my door was left open after room cleaning, with all of my valuables inside. I do travel with a very expensive camera, so that was a bit upsetting. Thankfully, everything was exactly where I left it. Aside from that, the experience was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Pleasant enough stay

Check in system seemed over complicated & there was a 3 way staff conversation before they were finally able to sort it. For my second consecutive visit there was a problem with availability of clean towels by the pool. I eventually had to take the elevator from the 25 to the 5th floor to bring to the attention of staff. There needs to be more frequent checks of the pool area to check on available towels.

The price to value ratio is pretty good. I booked the Queen Lite with a City view. The room was on the smallish side but the layout was good. It worked for me but if you got a lot of luggage or plan to spend time in the room, you might want to choose a different room. The amenities and breakfast was great but would have preferred more western variety for breakfast. Only thing I would have changed would be to book a river view as it would be quieter.

Most of the staff do not speak English and chaos or messy at Rooftop dining especially local guest keep kicking or touching my back during buffet dinner. Staff ignored me when I requested to shift little from the walking pathway. Annoying when someone suddenly touching your body without saying "sorry" or "excuse me"...
