Super accueil de la propriétaire. La chambre était très bien. Le lit confortable et les serviettes changé à chaque jour. Toutefois, il y avait beaucoup de bruit très tôt le matin. Impossible de dormir plus tard que 6h am. La mer facile d’accès à pieds. Une bonne marche pour la vieille ville ou à vélo facile de s’y rendre.

The management and staff could not be any more nicer than these people, they made us feel so welcome and we really did feel a part of the family. With the sound of kids playing outside waking you up in the morning it felt you were a part of normal life in Vietnam. Had a great time and a BIG thank you to Tammy and the girls. Look forward to going back. Ian & Amy.

Amazing hospitality. Location to An bang beach could be better but there’s another small beach close by. You can hire bicycles for 40,000 dong for 24hr. Quite neighbourhood with a nice few restaurants very close by.

Our second visit, really enjoyed!

Another good stay. On the second floor this time, bigger room and shared balcony that runs along the four upper rooms. Friendly staff, really good breakfast and plenty of restaurants near by.

Perfect relaxing stay.

Really comfortable stay, nice room with good facilities, WiFi, TV, fridge, clothes rail. Bathroom has a shower over a bath, so either option available. Breakfasts good, various choices + jam and toast, fruit. Very convenient for Cao Dai beach, and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Disappointing

Really disappointed with this homestay. After reading great reviews, I was expecting a really nice place and although the rooms were nice, that was about all we enjoyed. The bathroom was clean but had weird stains all over the place and a very odd bath/shower combo that didn’t keep the water in when it was meant to or drain properly either. The walls were so thin that we were kept up most of the night from noise outside and throughout the rest of the homestay; including the pet dog barking. We were absolutely eaten alive by mosquitoes and there was no net provided, the room had tons of insects. After a few hours at the beach we came back at lunchtime to get showered and were told there was no electricity for the next 2 hours, so we showered in the dark... and it was cold. Reception are not the most helpful and overall I wouldn’t recommend or stay again. Yes it’s cheap but we’ve stayed at much nicer places for less money in Hoi An and across Vietnam :(

Not the best place to for a quiet weekend getaway

If this was my first accommodation in Vietnam I would probably give a higher rating, but after so great previous experiences (above and beyond what was expected from 2-3 star hotels), this hotel was just ok (but could be great). First the good points: the hotel staff was kind and helpful, even if some had low English speaking skills. The beds were very comfortable, good AC, nice wifi, decent TV. Now the bad points: very bad sound insulation in the room. Every night (at least during weekend nights) and every morning (early) we could hear a lot of noise; either very loud music coming from nearby buildings or kids playing around early in the morning. Also, the breakfast was way too basic, for what I consider the Vietnam standard (after my 9 night experience in the country, in similar hotels).

저녁 비행기라 호텔쪽에 미리 전날 메세지 보내도 답장도 없고 전화했는데 영어도 잘 못하고 의사소통 안됨 겨우 체크인 했는데 방이 하나 남았는데 에어컨 안되는̆̈ 방뿐이라며..어쩔수없이 해만 뜨면 나가자라는̆̈ 마음으로 잤는데 저렴한 가격이니 그러려니한다...

Exceptional Value

I was so lucky to discover this Homestay on Hotels .com The hotel is across from the beach with a number of restaurants that are very good and recommended by trip advisor only minutes away. I had a very good spacious room on the second floor that was very clean. The front desk staff was exceptional and always accommodating. The SeaSun has a very nice breakfast always with fresh juice, fruit,coffee,and your choice of eggs. I was so impressed that when I returned to Hoi An I re-booked for another week. I strongly recommend this Homestay it is not in the center of town but very conveniently located if you want to be close to the beaches and is only a 10-15 minute bike ride or a $4 cab ride to Old Town. Highly recommended and Very Satusfied with the SeaSun Homestay and I have been travelling since January with all my accommodations being Homestay’s/Airbnb

Really friendly staff, close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very helpfull. We used bikes free of charge which is very handy to get in and out of town. The room was big, comfy and clean the wifi also worked really well. plus you are right across the road from the beach. I would recommend this guesthouse.

アットホームなビーチ徒歩圏内ホイアンの隠れ家

予約した瞬間から親切丁寧、なんでも相談できる店主に感激することうけあい。 クアダイビーチには徒歩数分、ホイアンシティへはタクシーで数百円、宿の店主に相談すれば、五行山～ダナンシティへのドライバーの手配をタクシーで行くより安く手配。 のんびりした空気の流れる隠れ家ホテルでした。

Very friendly family run hotel, staff were all extremely helpful. Free bikes and internet. The owner cooked the guests dinner one night which made our stay very personal and special. A very comfortable stay.

Var i Hoi An 5 dagar varav det regnade 4 av dem. Detta gjorde att vårat intryck av Hoi an inte blev speciellt positivt. Dock spenderade vi mycket tid på hotellet så vi är glada att det var så bra. Fick ett extra stort ru och var bra service.

Cozy, romantic and supercute staff

Maybe my friend and I were not the target group. The other guests were couples. I totally get why: quiet area, cozy and romantic atmosphere. If you are looking for party, look elsewhere. There is a beach 100 meters from the homestay, but you can't swim there, you have to go maybe 500-700 meters. The staff was so friendly I wanted to bring them home. When we arrived, the girl in the reception (owner?) sang happy birthday AND came with a beautiful cake (it was my birthday the day before). Such a nice gesture. I love this homestay. Good range of breakfast options. Good wifi. Lovely room with fridge and all necessities. Only "negative" I have to say: I would love to have more towels in the bathroom (now only one each), it would have been perfect if we could have one small towel for the floor and maybe even one small each for the hands. Also, the beach is slowly disappearing and tourism is dying in this area because of that, it's a shame because it's such a nice place.

Vi bodde här fyra nätter och var nöjda. Någon minut gång till stranden och så fick man låna cykel om man ville till stan, tog kanske 15 minuter. Rummet var stort och med en balkong med en lite för hög mur dock. Vi hade en kackerlacka i badrummet men de var snabbt uppe och tog bort den. Frukosten kanske är lite avskalad men god. Helt okej hotell och värt om man vill vara nära stranden.

The good side is that it's next to the beach but you could expect more for this price. Hoi An is a tourist trap and better stay in Danang.
