Pessima experiencia com o atendimento da portaria

A localizacao é maravilhosa, o quarto era bom, cama excelente, porem nao tem aquecedor e secador de cabelo da portaria nao funcionava. O problema foi o check-in. Chegamos de viagem as 7h da manha apos 12 horas de voo e conexao. Pedimos para que pudessemos entrar no quarto antes do horario (vimos que varios hospedes fizeram check-out bem cedo) mas nenhuma cordialidade nos foi dada, ao menos uma tentativa de liberacao do quarto antecipado foi feita. A antendente muito fria e pouco se importando comigo e com meus filhos. Tinhamos passeio agendado as 12h e com muita insistencia entramks 11h45 pra deixar as malas no quarto. Ficamos CINCO HORAS no saguao do hotel aguardando quarto. (Faço uma ressalva quanto ao proximo porteiro que foi muito mais gentil do que a moca grávida que nos atendeu no check-in)

プラザデアルマス近くで便利

マチュピチュへの前泊で利用しました　プラザデアルマスはすぐそこで、12角の石も徒歩数分で便利です　薬局やお土産屋さんやレストランなども周辺にはいっぱいあります スタッフさんの対応もよかったです フロント横にはコカ茶や紅茶も置いてあり自由に飲めました シャワーは熱すぎて、丁度いい温度にはなりませんでした 暖房はありませんので、時期によっては辛いかもしれません　寝るだけなら十分でいいホテルだと思いますが、豪華さを求める方には不向きです

Hotel simples, mas próximo a Plaza de Armas o que facilita acesso a várias coisas. Porém, a cortina do quarto deixa passar toda a luz e não dá o conforto necessário nem a noite. Funcionárias amáveis e prestativas.

L’hôtel est juste à côté de la place principale, très bruyant (il y a une discothèque juste à côté). Notre chambre initiale donnait sur la rue, nous avons demandé à changer pour être au calme, heureusement une autre chambre était dispo. La propreté n’est pas du tout au rendez vous, la salle d’eau était dans un état catastrophique (dans les deux chambres), il n’y a aucune isolation prévoyez des plaids. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Pour une nuit (retour du Machu Picchu) ça va encore mais pour un séjour sur Cusco passez votre chemin.

The property is a fantastic location, could not be better placed for Cusco's central attractions. The first 2 nights of my stay I was woken by very loud music soon after midnight and I could not sleep until 4 or 5 am when it stopped.

Good location, walking distance to Plaza de Armas and mercado San Pedro. The staff was excellent and helpful. My complaint was the bathroom in my room, the shower had mold and the roof was old...definitely needs a remodeling.

The courtyard was beautiful and the rooftop view was breathtaking! All the staff were willing to help and make eggs upon request in the morning. And HOT WATER was a blessing. The location couldn’t have been better... right next to the plaza! Highly recommend!
