Low season

Stayed 18-23rd September. Considered winter by the locals as many places closed and no sunbeds on the beach. Hotel staff very kindly lent us two beach chairs and we were very grateful for their kindness. Hotel is 20-30 walk from the town centre along a pedestrianised promenade

Le service hôtelier est correct, il correspond bien à un 4 étoile. La restauration est semble tout acceptable, varié et en quantité. Le grand reproche que l'on puisse faire est le bruit dans la salle restauration, c'est insupportable et starisant.

Mal colchón, sin room service y sin plaza de parki

Realmente es un hotel de 3 estrellas, el precio si es de 4, en primer lugar no tuve plaza de parking, teniendo que buscar en la complicada Cullera muchas vueltas, en segundo lugar, primer hotel en el mundo al que asisto y no tienen Room service, se debe de pagar 5 euros extras si lo quieres por cada servicio, el colchón horrible, acabamos toda la familia con dolores de espalda y durmiendo muy mal, y ademas con camas pequeñas juntas en vez de una matrimonial o Queen/King size, muy mala experiencia la verdad, y nunca volveremos a este hotel.

Excelente hotel familiar

Hemos estado varias veces, me encanta este hotel. Esta muy bien situado, a pocos metros de la playa en la zona más familiar y tranquila. Las habitaciones son amplias y siempre muy bien atendidas en cuanto a limpieza, como el resto del hotel. La atención del personal impecable, siempre atentos, especial mención a los trabajadores del comedor con los que más convivimos: Jordi, José, Maati, Toni y Radi. Estas personas realizan un trabajo espectacular así como sus compañeros; siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. La comida es muy variada, ensaladas al gusto, siempre dos o tres platos de carne, dos o tres de pescado, dos paellas, etc ..y todos los días varian el menú. Además cuenta con plancha en la que cocinan al momento lo que haya ese día. Igualmente el desayuno, muy variado, bollería, tostadas, zumos, cafés, huevos, chorizos, beicon, etc ... Todo fenomenal. Por poner una pega, la piscina no es muy grande, pero bueno, nosotros vamos a la playa, la piscina nos da igual. Excelente hotel.
