Excellent hotel and service

Stayed one night on an essential business trip one day lefore lockdown 3. Very good rates. Convenient parking in basement. Excellent check in. Very good covid arrangements. Comfortable, clean room (superior double). Very good arrangements for evening food and breakfast (order then collect and eat in room). Friendly efficient staff. 100% recommend.

The hotel was good but we stayed for nights and the bed wasn't changed the whole time we were there, plus the food was very limited.

Nice hotel in Crawley close to centre + train station. Staff are friendly + rooms are comfortable with nice separate shower and bath. The hotel is a little dated and needs updating but still a pleasant stay. Shame that the hotel isn’t operating room service + room cleans at the moment.

5 mins walk from Crawley town centre. Good facilities, quiet room. Friendly and efficient staff. Good quality breakfast....although a bit disjointed.... different peoples breakfast in same group arriving 10 mins apart. Would stay here again.

A very clean hotel which has clearly considered its health and safety for staff and customers whilst reopening during the pandemic. Room was comfortable but a little outdated. Would return for a future visit.

A little disappointed

I booked an Executive Double which should have had 2 x double beds and a double sofa bed. Got to the room and just 1 single double bed. Went back to reception and they said they that room configuration was in the west wing and the west wing was currently closed. If that was the case they shouldnt be selling those rooms. They did give us a 2nd room for free but there was 3 of us. So 2 of us still had to share a double bed. I have stayed many times and never had an issue so sure this is a one off due to Covid but still a little disappointed.

Very comfortable rooms, quiet location and less than 10 mins walk to downtown Crawley. Restaurant and bar is bit pricey for what you get. Morgans Pub needs a big makeover and new mgnt. Boring and uninviting, with mediocre food. Aside from above, we still like this hotels and always stay here when transiting few days thru Gatwick.

They were happy to store my snow skis and boots while I went to Spain to visit my sister for week. I had asked other hotels while planning my holiday and they all refused. The hotel is a short stroll from Crawley town centre and only two stops on the train from Gatwick on arrival and an excellent shuttle service to Gatwick when checking out.
