Quick travel day stay.

Hotel room was very clean, nice amenities. Would absolutely stay here again, it was a very good value. Only minor complaint would be that there were just three very small pillows for a king bed. Breakfast was just coffee, yogurts, cereal, but we rarely eat hotel breakfast anyway. Great service

Comfortable and Clean - but more for business

The hotel itself is fairly basic, but the staff were wonderful and the room was clean and spacious. The only drawback during our stay was that there was no breakfast because they were in a transition period. This hotel is probably a better fit for business travelers rather than families with kids, but it is comfortable and safe regardless. We stayed in Cotulla to be close for the 2024 total eclipse, and I had to do a class presentation midday Sunday. I was able to get an early check-in to do this, and I greatly appreciated that! Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was 1 of 2 guests in the entire hotel. Facility was nice. A little outdated. None of the breakfast was set up. All of the appliances had out of order signs on them. The front desk employees were not visible. Had signs posted at the front desk telling guests what to do.

I booked this hotel for my husband who works in the oilfield. He arrived late after a long day of work, but when he tried to check in, the man at the front desk didn’t acknowledge him or even open the door. We didn’t purchase the insurance because we were certain he would be staying there, and unfortunately, we ended up losing the money. My husband then had to find another hotel late at night. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

Good second visit. Very clean basic room. NO BREAKFAST OR COFFEE blaming Covid. Most hotels have moved on. Covid will be here forever. The rates have increased since the last stay. Overall will stay here again
