The location and staff and the view was spectacular. The rooms and grounds do need some upkeep and workout room needs change. Overall though the location was good abd it was very comfortable.

Très bel hôtel familial

Un petit hôtel familial très bien situé et avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Coron L'hôtel est calme et bien situé, pour toutes les excursions, un transfert est possible. L'hôtel organise aussi un transfert de et vers l'aéroport pour 250 pesos par personne en van. Les chambres sont grandes, climatisées et propres.

Beautiful views, good accomodation

Very nice hotel, good service with front desk helping us book/organise our island tour, car to airport, and tuk tuk into town. Room was clean, large and spacious and pool was nice during hot days. Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant was a lovely place to watch sunset. Overall great stay.

Nice view from our balcony. Unfortunately the room beside ours was undergoing some renovations and while they limited the noisy work to between 9am and 5pm, the noise woke me up one morning and prevented us from having an afternoon nap.

Comfortable stay in Coron

This is a great place to stay just out of the main town with a good pool for relaxing on a hot day. Staff are exceptional and organised an excellent private boat trip to Coron Island for us.

Nice mini resort

Great room, nice and big, easy access to a couple of really nice pools. The breakfast is great for a free breakfast. Staff was fine. It’s essentially a mini resort which isn’t too bad given your other local options. The ride into town is about 25 peso/person by tricycle which beats the walk given the hills

A very nice hotel! A bit of a walk from the city of Coron, but just a few minutes with tricycle. The breakfast is great and especially the view from the restaurant. The pool was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the wi-fi did not work at all during our stay.

Staff was very courteous from the very start of booking, they contacted me right after i booked to ensure all our needs were looked after before we arrive. They contacted me to re state the notes i wrote in the request, as well as arrange our shuttle pick up to and from the airport. When we arrived the front of the resort needed a little updating, but once you get in and see the amazing view, it's like you're transported to whole different place. The staff was always so nice and informative, the two that stood out were Miran (not sure of spelling) & Kate. They were always prompt in greeting and preparing our table as well as being informative in the excursions and tours the resort offered. Would definitely recommend.

Ruhige/ freundliche Hotelanlage

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Hauseigenes Restaurant mit gutem Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Ruhige Umgebung. Dachterrasse mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Mit dem Tuc Tuc fährt man für 1 € ins Centrum. Leider sehr schlechtes WLAN. :-(

Overpriced for an OK stay...

The room is very very dated. There is no precautions regarding mosquitos/insects in the room. We asked for the spray and sprayed the room ourselves even though seemed like a lost cause since the door and the windows are not sealed at all and there are massive gaps in them. The location is far from town and one definitely needs a tricycle to get to town. The breakfast was just OK and nothing special. No wifi past midnight since they shut it off. The staff are very friendly however and they can arrange all the tour requirements you need while staying in Coron. Overall pretty overpriced stay for what it is.

Relaxing setting with good facilities!

Great location at top of the hill giving it a great view. Short journey into town so quieter area which was relaxing in comparison to staying in town. Nice pool and games room. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Hot showers unlike elsewhere!!

The views are amazing from the dining room and rooftop of this hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are always readily available to lend a helping hand. What I appreciate the most is how easy it was to book our excursions through the hotels front desk. We booked our island and town tours and enjoyed both! All we did was told them which one we wanted to do and they arranged everything for us. We did not have to worry about arranging our transport to and from the hotel to anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

I stayed here with my daughter in a pool view room. We found the room clean, the fridge was a good size, everything worked. Breakfasts had a nice variety for a few days stay, the front desk was excellent in arranging a private boat for the two of us-this was priced basically the same as I'd seen on-line for doing it yourself and we had an excellent guide and boatmen. The desk was able to answer any questions we had. the hotel is up the hill a bit away from the centre of the action, we didn't find this a problem as there was always a trike handy, or there quickly when the desk called. there is a sari-sari store for snacks out the door to the right. The pool was excellent, clean and warm, a nice place to float around and watch the night sky. The only issue was construction on the roof deck, an area that could have been lovely. we understood the need to work when it's cooler but didn't need fellows cutting pipes with sparks flying during the fabulous sunset over Coron.

Amazing view, perfect location, beautiful hotel

Location is perfect, close to the main road, restaurants and bars. This hotel looks much better in real life, the rooms are big with a high roof. Breakfast is fantastic, service spotless. Hire a motorbike and explore Busuanga, the road to Cheey is magnificant, Alito beach in Cheey is incredible, but preparere that the road there is rough. Go snorkling in the coral reef. Busuanga and Coron is magical. The hot springs, Cabu beach is places not to miss. Wifi and 3G are very bad on the whole Island, the 3G was best on Cabu beach

A good hotel by Coron standards

The hotel served as a good base for boat and diving trips. The hotel staff was very helpful when needed (booking tickets for a boat to El Nido, calling for a tricycle, etc.). However the restaurant needs some improvement both for breakfasts and dinners.

When we arrived the room was too hot it took 5 hours to cool I think they need to change tha ac kolin or inverter fujidenzo will do. But the room is clean the bath is good we wish to come back with our friends. The service is excellent and the food is very good.

Almost perfect

Asia Grand View Hotel made our stay in Coron almost perfectly comfortable except that on our firts day, the aircondition failed to sufficiently keep our rooms cold. My husband and I woke up at around 3pm on a very hot bed. My children's room was likewise warm. Upon request for inspection, the aircon unit in my children's room was reset and it was only then that it became cold. However, the room assigned to me and my husband stayed warm despite restarting the aircon unit. An electric fan was instead offered to alleviate the heat. On the second day, the temperature in our room improved but, still, not cold enough to our liking. The staff is very attentive and quick to attend to us. Hotel towels are readily available at the front desk for guests' use during tours. The breakfast buffet offers Filipino and Continental dishes and the serving plates are always filled with food. We liked their salted egg salad and boneless dilis and even went to the local market to buy the latter to bring home to Manila. The hotel also has swimming pools where we spent time while taking some rest after our flight in fr Manila and on our last day in Coron. No ants. No mosquitoes. Beautiful view from their deck. Very quiet surroundings. 3-5 min tricycle ride from the town.

Secluded and quiet.

Very secluded and quiet location. Staff were very friendly. Lovely pool and great views from the restaurant. Only downside was a very hard mattress, no kettle and no hairdryer.
