Very beautiful hotel and great staff. Yummy breakfast too. On The downside condition of room was mediocre (our two year old son opened a locked door from the outside), cleanliness of room and of baby pool was poor, loud parties at the bar/pool after 10PM, breakfast too late for making a day trip and the location of the hotel is on the worst bit of beach (gravel only) and two or three blocks too far from the center of touristic life in Arachavi.

This is a gem , from the moment Kyana came out the front of the hotel to greet our arrival we felt part of the Ilena Hotel family. Nice rooms , great location , if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty of beach time ( but days by pool if reqd) plus great restaurants locally this is the place

Very nice stay in north of Corfu

Very spacious room with nice balcony. Small but modern bathroom. Walking distance to the beach and to bars/restaurants on the main street. Strategic location to go around in the region.

no washing machine, no telephone,no microwave ,

I paid the Taxi 120 pound for return because the location was an hour far from airport, this hotel also was too far from the town and hospital ,room telephone didn't work???,the reception was close from 9pm if some emergency happen ??? when I arrived they didn't check my passport and my document ??? It was 11pm I think they don't check any guest in late time at night ??? I'm sure it's not safe hotel and also the staff couldn't speak English just one lady could speak English she worked in day time . there was very old and dirty and dishes ,very old and full of germs electric cooker ,bath room was full of old germs , the room energy was work with the card and the card was attach to the key room like a key ring when I was going out for few hours the old fridge was off and the food was spoilage the drink became warm .(|I'm not complaint from the poor cleaner lady she was good worker) I'm sure all the negative was hotel owners faults because I couldn't see any positive things in this hotel also there was a cat I think he was belong to the bar man because he always was on the bar chair or on he bar man knee , I have seen him in the rubbish area out side of hotel few time and with the miry (dirty)foot then few times early morning I've seen the cat in the swimming pool or walking around the pool.

Friendly and pretty hotel very close to beach

Stayed here with 2 friends in July 2016, the hotel grounds are very pretty and well kept with a lovely pool! The room was very simple but all you need and was cleaned throughout the stay. Most importantly, the staff were the most friendly i have ever come accross! Thwy were exceptional!They were so happy and always eager to help, even before we left i had messaged a few times and the response was so quick and very helpful! They offer food and drink which is rrally good and well cooked and ontop of that, very cheap. The beach is literally a 5 min walk, its shingly but really nice with great bars and cafes all the way along, same goes for the town. So pleased that all 3 of us would love to return to the hotel and the resort!

Lovey hotel

Lovely hotel, beautiful surromdings - right next to the beach. Lovely swimming area and attentive staff. Had a lovely time at the hotel, would recommend it
