Excellent service from the desk overnight guy. He brought us complementary hot chocolate and the next morning saved us breakfast at 10 am and allowed us to check out later at 1 pm.

Loved the European chalet style accomodation and views. Would like to see a menu for dining. The grounds are interesting for their seleceion of trees and ornamentals. Ideal for family reunions. Easy drive or walk into the town center where there are several very good restaurants, including La Esquinas and Aguas Blancas. We stayed midweek with barely another guest but understand the weekends are busy

Good mountain retreat in Dominican Republic

We stayed in a small bedroom with a twin bed, small 32in TV with limited cable and poor internet. The hotel is 50 years old and apparently not renovated since inauguration!! Good breakfast and excellent service. Great dinner, friendly Chef! Taxis are expensive, can't walk to town.

It is one of the best properties to stay in Constanta. The employees are very attentive and helpful. The gardens are well maintained. The reception area and restaurant are cozy. The included breakfast is delicious and abundant. The rooms need some renovations. In ours, the kitchenette sink mixer and the bathroom sink mixer did not work. They should place at least a small microwave oven in the kitchenette of the rooms. The guest service is excellent.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but needs urgent renovation and fixing of the sink’s faucet. There was very loud music on the street and it was on till 2-3am…it felt like it was outside our windows. Breakfast was included, but there were no options available. Just mashed potatoes that I was unable to eat, they were really bad, with ONE salami, ONE cheese, and a tablespoon of eggs with an excess of salt. I went to these place 11 years ago and I had a great experience with everything. Breakfast was served as a buffet outdoors, in their beautiful green areas, everything looked conditioned. So sad to have this experience today.
