Booked this hotel as it was close to Airport. Our flight was at 7.45 am and hotel couldn’t arrange a taxi until 7am which was an issue. We had to phone and find a taxi that would,which was difficult as we speak very little Spanish.

No geral eu acho razoável para ruim, café da manhã bem simples, sem opção de frutas só tem laranja, em resumo, ovos, salsicha e pão. O chuveiro é muito ruim, pouca agua e do nada aquece ao ponto de quase te queimar. Restaurante com poucas opções e muito caro.

Mi estadía estuvo terrible, no había agua, y en los momentos que salía era muy poquito, no pude ducharme y no se solucionó mi problema, tampoco había agua para tomar y cuando solicité solo me dieron un vaso con agua, lo que es irrisorio considerando que no había agua porque estaba. Cortada. No es posible pagar ese precio y no tener los servicios básicos disponibles.

El día sábado 03 de agosto bajamos con mi pareja a cenar y al momento de sentarnos me doy cuenta de la expresión de la mosa angelina, estaba molesta. Al momento de atendernos nos dice que este sector estaba cerrado porque estaba sucio y que por eso habían sillas puestas para que la gente no pasara.. le respondo que no había ninguna silla ni señalética y le señaló que hay gente que paso a este sector por ende entendimos que se podía pasar a lo que ella responde que la gente paso porque hacen lo que quieren.. bueno después de eso le pido 2 piso sour y una picada. Al momento de que nos trae el pisco sour nos percatamos que parecía una sopa..al momento de traernos la picada prácticamente eran sobras y no tenía pan ni salame, ni queso crema.. le comento eso a la señora angelina y me hace una expresión bastante desagradable y entra a la cocina y nos comenta que la carta cambio y cambia constantemente (me indica que no debo guiarme por la carta). Le indico que es lo que figura en la carta que tienen en la página y molesta nuevamente entra a la cocina y me trae unos panes calientes y un salame cortado incomible.. ( como si me estuviera haciendo un favor.. insólito) Me fui bastante molesto, obviamente no deje propina y me dirigí a recepción a hacer el reclamo formal en el libro. Sugiero no tener este tipo de personal atendiendo gente ya que desde el día anterior que está señora estaba con una actitud de molestia.
