Great for what we needed for the night. Fantastic place to stay in the country. Convenient to access after hours with good communication from the staff. Only difficulty was there were no staff on site which meant you couldn’t get help with something if you needed it. Otherwise the room was huge and very clean and tidy.

This place is pretty bare-bones. IT is in an industrial part of Koln. There is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity. You need a bus or car to go anywhere else or its a 20 min walk to go to the nearest Grocery store. It was really clean those although there is no refrigerator or microwave which i would heavily suggest that the hotel invest in. Good price though. If i do book again i would make sure to rent a car. Very secure and the cleaning staff is always cheery and nice.

The property doesn’t look great from the outside but the rooms are very well decorated. The rooms were pretty clean although the first room given smelled of smoke. This was due to the customer before us rather than the owner. As soon as they were aware they came to us and gave us a new room which was great. The surround area could do with some work but it didn’t interfere with our stay. We did have a problem getting a taxi as they didn’t seem willing to come out to us which meant I had to drive for dinner and couldn’t make a night of it.

We had someone getting in our room one night as he did receive our door code for his access. Had to call as there is nobody on site at that location to report the situation and get our code access code change. Access system is very hard to operate and we did need few trial to get sucess. How ever we get satisfaction from staff reach over the phone for support. The access code receive by mail was not complete at the begining and instructions were in German only. Except this we did like the place.

Liegt mitten im Industriegebiet, an sich sehr sauber rund schön aber sehr hellhörig. Hatten das Pech über uns sehr Laute Gäste zu haben die morgens um 7 durch ihr Zimmer getrampelt sind. Jede Tür könnte man im Haus hören. Trotzdem würde ich es empfehlen. Hatte vllt einfach Pech mit solchen Nachbarn über uns

Egal ob die Buchung,der telefonische Kontakt,das finden des Objektes,das einchecken, die Sauberkeit,alles war einfach top. Ich kann ehrlich überhaupt nichts negatives sagen. Ich bin selten so begeistert gewesen. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren sehr überraschend positiv. Auch wenns eine Gemeinschaftstoilette und Dusche war,war kein drängeln. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Ich kann 100%sagen,ich empfehle das Hotel weiter.5 von 5 Sternen🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Für Monteure sehr geeignet. Für ein Wochenende in Köln als Paar eher unromantisch. Es ist min. Ne halbe Stunde vom Zentrum entfernt, in einem Industriegebiet. Die Einrichtung sehr einfach gehalten. Das Badezimmer unseres Zimmers war auf dem Flur. Leider gab es dort kein Fenster das man öffnen konnte. Allgmein war es sauber aber ziemlich verwohnt alles. Die Gardine hängt nur an ein Paar Röllchen.. fällt fast ab.. hinter der Tür die Fußleiste so dreckig. Und silberfische hatten wir auch zu Besuch. Für eine Übernachtung ist es ok aber für 2 schon grenzwertig und eher nur für Männer geeignet.

Es war alles kaputt was man sich vorstellen kann. Bei Gemeinschaftsbad stelle ich mir WC und Duschen wie in einer Schülerunterkunft vor, nicht wie es war, dass man sich eine einzige Toilette und eine einzige Dusche (dessen Halterung abgebrochen und voller Kabelbinder war) teilen muss. In den Bädern auch die Lampen kaputt. Es war alles hellhörig und man hat von jedem was gehört, unseglich warm und stickig im Zimmer trotz offenem Fenster. WLAN funktionierte sporadisch mit nur einem Balken und wenn der nich da war, funktionierte es gar nicht. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt weil "die Gäste wünschen keinen täglichen Wechsel der Umwelt zuliebe", ja bestimmt. Wir hatten zu zweit nur zwei kleine Handtücher bekommen. Nachts fährt kein Bus mehr in diese Einöde und sonntags nur 4 Mal am Tag. Die Landstraßen die man lang muss um nachts zum Hotel zu kommen haben keine Fußwege oder irgendein runtergemähtes Stück, man muss komplett vom nächsten Dorf 25 Minuten direkt auf der Landstraße laufen. Es war schrecklich, ich würde für den Preis niemandem empfehlen das Hotel zu buchen. Hätten wir spontan genug Geld gehabt, hätte ich nach dem Check-In wieder ausgecheckt und mir was anderes gesucht.
