Welcoming hotel with comfortable room

Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection. Only downsides were a little noise from the nearby railway track (but it did not bother me - windows were double glazed) and the fitness room being out of action.

Very Clean

Hotel was very clean and had a fantastic breakfast. We were a bit surprised to find that the bed was a waterbed, but other than that it was perfect. Very quiet street, there is a train track outside but the train is just a low rumble. The surrounding area is very vibrant, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. There is a trolley a block away that takes you into the main tourist areas near the Dom and the Museums.
