Fabulous hotel

Amazing stay - fabulous breakfast, lovely room, & great position for exploring Cologne. Would not hesitate to recommend & would definitely stay again if visiting Cologne again.

Great hotel,location and price

Great hotel 15 mins walk from the HBF. Friendly staff and comfortable room for a good price. Checked out early so no chance to sample breakfast but will hopefully return 👍👍👍

Am Hotel gibt es soweit nichts auszusetzen, allerdings liegt es an einer Hauptverkehrsstraßen, womit es Nachts auch sehr laut ist.

Emplacement et propreté

Hôtel bien placé, la chambre est spacieuse à part la salle de bain qui est très très petite, la propreté est au rendez-vous. Le garage situé juste à côté de l’hôtel est très pratique car difficile de se garer à proximité. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. La literie est très confortable à part les oreillers qui sont beaucoup trop plats si vous êtes habitué à autre chose. La chambre qui donnait sur la rue est très calme une fois les fenêtres fermées. Dans l’ensemble et mis à part la taille de la salle de bain où les toilettes s’y trouvent également (peut-être + ou - 3 m2) l’hôtel est très bien

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Coellner Hof und rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Hansaring und ist vom Bahnhof schnell zu erreichen. Man kommt auch fußläufig gut in die Innenstadt. In der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber. Obwohl es direkt zur Straße lag, war es ruhig, wenn man Fenster oder Balkontür geschlossen hielt. Es gab keine Minibar und keinen Wasserkocher, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Das ganze Hotel lebt von seiner Gemütlichkeit. Im Restaurant abends war es ruhig, das Essen frisch und lecker und preislich in Ordnung. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl, der Sitzbereich ist nicht riesig und war trotzdem nicht überfüllt. Hier gibt es also keine Cafeteria-Atmosphäre. Auch das Frühstück war für das Angebot günstig und sehr lecker. Alle Angestellten waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Rezeption für bis 16 Uhr besetz. Wegen Kurzarbeit. Deshalb auch die Nutzung der Tiefgarage eingeschränkt. Geht nur mit einem Mitarbeiter. Hotel Restaurant abends geschlossen. Alle Vorteile die dieses Hotel für mich hatte damit weg.

Gemütliches, rustikales Hotel

Das Hotel war rustikal und gemütlich eingerichtet, wenn auch nicht unbedingt top modern. Grundsätzlich sauber, sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, überaus freundliches Personal, fußläufig zu Dom und Hauptbahnhof (zentral gelegen). Fairer Preis und Wohlfühlambiente. Klare Empfehlung!

Zimmer war sehr sehr sehr gut. W-Lan funktionierte leider nicht. Es gab Verbindung zum LAN aber kein Internet. Personal hatte keine Zeit (wahrscheinlich auch keine Lust) das Problem zu lösen. Als ich frühstücken wollte hat man mir im Frühstückssaal einen Platz an einem Tisch gezeigt wo eine Gruppe von 7 Leute noch sitzen und mit einander laut reden. Das ganze Saal war eigentlich leer. Als ich irgendwo anderes sitzen wollte hat man mir gesagt daß alle andere Plätze reserviert wären. Nach dieser Erfahrung habe ich entschieden mein Frühstück zu stornieren. Ich habe in einem Cafe in der Nähe gefrühstückt. Das Hotel-Personal war allgemein lustlos. Das ist aber ein allgemeineres Problem in Köln. In vielen Hotels in dieser Stadt habe ich übernachtet und das Personal war meistens lustlos. Wenn man kein Internet braucht ist es trotzdem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Weit über den Durchschnitt von Köln.

Durchschnittliches, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Das Haus ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sehr Rustikal. Check-In und -Out war nicht wirklich herzlich. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das habe ich in anderen Hotels besser erlebt. Das Hotel ist wirklich okay aber leider nicht mehr. Frühstück habe ich leider nicht gehabt, daher diesbezüglich keine Bewertung. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und ich konnte meinem Nachbarn beim Duschen zuhören. Fernbedienung war für Senioren, weshalb ein unkompliziertes Umschalten nicht möglich war. Großes aber altes Bad.
