The hotel looks good on the outside but it needs a lot of maintaining. The rooms were not well maintained. Curtains were full of mold, too many mosquitoes and other bugs. The pool was green all around. The staff was nice and friendly

Halfway during the stay there was a noticeable decrease in staff. Then the laundry system broke. 10 day stay and no clean towels or bed sheets. Pool went into disrepair by getting algae because one was cleaning the pool. No signs were posted and other guests used the disgusting pool that was certainly a health hazard. They did a great job decorating for holiday. But unfortunately it was lipstick on a pig.

Las habitaciones no tienen una adecuada presencia, sin un vaso ni agua para beber. Un jaboncillo de hotel de cuarta, sin teléfono en la habitación, en general deprimente la estancia . Lo único rescatable la gentileza de su personal en general.

The room was OK, some outdated amenities TV, A/C, no ohone. I oreder to ask for something you have to walk to the feont desk. The restaurant had items auch as fruit missing daily. The seats outside are ripped, there were no wastebasket bags, thats an issue of hygene. The shampoo was only changed once during our one week stay. The road off of Camino Real is pitch dark, Wifi very weak.

No se le da Mantenimiento al hotel

El hotel ya es viejo pero independientemente de esto no se le da el mantenimiento adecuado. No hay agua caliente, camas incómodas, toallas de pésima calidad la limpieza del cuarto debajo de las camas super sucio, la señal de la televisión muy mala, el internet no llega adecuadamente a la habitación 204. En general no recomiendo quedarse en este hotel

Overall, the experience was complete opposite of what was advertised and shown on the pictures. Complete and total mold INFESTATION. No hot water and the water that did come out of the faucet, was yellow. Truly, could not have been any worse. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

El hotel es bonito, pero algo viejo. Las habitaciones tienen detalles que demuestran el descuido del mismo. Las puertas arrastran, el baño no tiene cerradura y la regadera estaba dañada; ocasionando el desperdicio de mucha agua. El aire acondicionado era ruidoso y sin control remoto.

La alberca estaba verde, como si no le dieran mantenimiento en semanas, en la habitación mate 2 cucarachas y al asomarme abajo de la cama noté que las bases están llenas de telarañas. No había agua caliente, solo solucionaron después de una hora que lo solicite

El hotel limpio, pero las instalaciones ya son muy viejas y urge una remodelacion, la agitación 106 las llaves del agua tanto de la regadera y lava manos totalmente sueltas! Las tuallas limpias pero de lo viejas dan mala apariencia!! No habia agua caliente!

Pésimo en general, a las 12 de la noche tocaron porque supuestamente mi habitación había vencido y parece que era extorsión pues el hotel no envío a nadie. Áreas verdes descuidadas pues caen las hojas de las palmeras, el agua de las albercas sucia e incluso el chapoteadero con el agua enlamada. Las habitaciones muy viejas y las camas horribles, el restaurante también deja mucho que desear, menú muy limitado y aparte con muchos faltantes. No recomiendo y por supuesto no regresaré.
