A beautiful hotel in downtown Colima, close to the main cultural attractions and restaurants. The only issue is that the patio rooms have tables outside the rooms and noisy conversations can be an issue.

When I checked in there was a 3 inch cockroach welcoming to my room, the bathroom (toilet) was dirty, trashcan by the toilet was nasty and full of used toilet paper.

El hotel cumple bien su función si lo que buscas es solo hospedarte y descansar. Cuenta con buen internet, el check-in y check-out fueron rápidos y sencillos, y la habitación tiene lo necesario: ventilador de techo, televisión con señal de paga y algunos detalles de cortesía que se agradecen. Está bien ubicado, especialmente si vienes por festividades o eventos en la zona, lo cual es un punto a favor. Como áreas de oportunidad, me hubiera gustado que la habitación tuviera mejor iluminación, espejos de cuerpo completo y algunos ganchos para colgar la ropa. También considero que el buffet podría ofrecer mayor variedad de alimentos y bebidas, y sería un gran plus contar con servicio de cocina a la habitación. En general, es una opción correcta para estancias prácticas y sin mayores expectativas.
