Family friendly hotel. We booked rm 114 with the 2 queen beds and the pullout sofa bed and it was plenty of space for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great!

Great hotel! Wonderful Service!

We were just staying for 1 night for a picnic event the next day at the Locke Surls Center for Art & Nature. 10 minutes after we checked in we were informed the event had been cancelled due to flooding. The hotel was super nice & let is check out & refunded our money. Very nice staff & service!

The hotel itself was nice and a I didn't mind being asked about my service dogs when I checked in, I appreciate it given all the fakes. But, when they start questioning my integrity I no longer felt welcome. So I checked out a day early and ate the cost of the room.

The staff was super nice. The room was just ok, nothing fancy. Smelled a little musty and the ac definitely needed to be cleaned and a filter change. Our view can only be described as poverty/ possible meth lab? For what it was, I felt it was way overpriced but I guess everything is right now. Its the best Cleveland has to offer.

Just Ok

We booked a 2 night stay here at the end of February. The hotel is located right off 69, so that was nice. There is a Walmart right next to it and a few fast-food restaurants. The hotel looks nice from the outside. The staff was very friendly and check in and out was very easy. We were in a suite. The room was pretty spacious, and clean. Would be good for a family. During our first night, water started pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom. The front desk was called. A gentleman came to check. He went to the people above us and found out one of them had taken a shower and got water on the floor. The gentleman came back and informed us what had happened and said that does happen from time to time. He did offer to put us in a different room. Beds: The beds are very very firm, almost hard in our opinion. Not very comfortable. Breakfast: They had several types of cereal, packaged cinnamon rolls, bagels, cinnamon raisin bread, a few different muffins, turkey sausage (?), imitation eggs, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal. You also had the option of making a pancake, but no waffles. They also had hard boiled eggs, so I was not sure why they had imitation eggs? The breakfast was not the best. We decided to check out early on our 2nd day due to the beds and breakfast and just head home. Overall, the stay was “ok”.

I would definitely be coming back if i am in the area again. Also, would recommwnd to others. The entire place was clean, staff was nice & the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Had no issues with parking. The hotel is located just off the highway and near grocery and a variety of dining options. The ONLY thing i did not like was that the A/C unit in the room did make loud noise when turned on. Other than that, everything else was great!
