Perfect location for taking care of everything related to Visas at the U.S. Consulate. Everything is within walking distance and on the same side of the street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was included with our stay and it was real food, very good. Overall we had a good experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Its a safe place to stay at since there is 24 hour security. If you have to go I would choose this Hotel vs the rest.

It was a really comfortable place really proffessional service the breakfast was delicious the staff was really friendly it had a big pool and nice gym and a snack bar outside that u could order hot foods like hamburgers hotdogs and platters.Location to the u.s consulate was within a walking distance .

Hotel staff were nice , I did encounter an issue but it was resolved pretty quickly . Allen , one of the hotel staff was very helpful and overall a nice guy . Hotel room are clean and cleaning staff did a good job keeping up with the room . My only complain are the beds are definitely not queen as advertised and are not comfortable. But for the price and location I would recommend. Close to finger print location , medical clinic and U.S consulate . Just in walking distance which is exactly what we wanted

Rude front counter staff.

It was ok the staff was a little rude at check in. I was not aware they they do not allow pets. I let them know ibhaf my dog with me a little mini French poodle. The told me pets are not allowed. They told me she would have to stay in the car. Then they asked if I wanted to stay or not. Checking in at 9pm in a town/country I am not familiar with I had no choice. The man at front counter was so rude kept telling me she was not allowed in l. I told him ok I understand but he kept making a point to tell me.
