"Main issue is parking at this hotel It is a public paid lot that you pay an additional $22 at the hotel Unfortunately it is not guaranteed We stayed on a Thursday and were forced to drive around and around waiting for someone to leave and then had to use another lot roughly three blocks away and pay $10 more Then we had to move our vehicle later when space was available late at night Not convenient at all"

"The hotel is clean and quiet, that serve me well, I just stayed there for a few days to attend a course. I stayed in a non smoking area, so not cigarette's smell. If you are not picky about the facility, such as having a swimming pool or a gym, this hotel is a reasonable price to stay in Burlington. Most customers are middle age to seniors, quiet and peaceful. I got an unexpected charge at my last day, lucky that my visa card gave me an alert of the charge that is not belong to me. I went downstairs to see the hotel staff, she admitted it is a mistake and reverse the charge. Lucky that I found out earlier, so just spent me a few mins to settle the case."

"Staff was the only saving grace. Place was dirty and smelled like mold and cigarettes. Sheets had holes burned in them. The $10 for an extra hour of sleep was nice. Overall you get what you pay for. "

"We are five long-time friends that look for a space to spend a few days together over the year, and we found a lovely version of it here! The open concept living, dining & kitchen space was perfect for us to be together while cooking and hanging out, and we each had our own large and comfy bedroom which was such a treat. Simon was extremely responsive and communicative with all of our questions as they came up before and during our stay, which was very reassuring. A well equipped, cozy home for our late autumn getaway!"

"The house was clean and generally as described, but there were a few disappointments. We chose this rental because it was listed as having a fenced yard and we were traveling with dogs, but the yard was not fully enclosed—there were wide open areas on each side of the house with no gates, so we couldn’t safely let the dogs out. The beds also weren’t fully made; each only had a fitted sheet and comforter, with pillow shams instead of standard pillowcases and no top sheet or blanket. Lastly, one of the main-floor bedroom doors wasn’t even attached to hinges—it was just propped in the doorway. Thankfully, we didn’t need that room, but it would’ve been an issue if we had a full group."
