I specifically booked an “accessible “ room for my mother since she cannot get around well and is in a wheelchair. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open and wheel her inside. The tub had bars but no shower seat and the tub was very slippery for her. The beds were also very high and she had difficulty just getting on the bed from the wheelchair. I could have booked a regular room and had the same experience. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great but labeling my room as accessible was a joke.

Nice stay

The room was a gem. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Kitchen prepared a great breakfast bar selection. Unfortunately there was a shortage of servers during our stay and the restaurant was not open, but we ate at nearby restaurants as needed.

The 3rd floor hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The bathroom had some mold in it. Not enough to ask for a different room but still not pleasant to see. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable and the room appeared clean other than the moldy areas in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
