The hotel was clean and easy to access. However, it was supposed to include breakfast and A/C. Even though the A/C was set to 16 degrees, the room was steamy hot. We could not find breakfast and the hotel would not return our phone calls; we even left the messages in Italian. As such, I cannot recommend this hotel, as the accommodations are misleading and the service was terrible.

Ho messo un po’ di tempo per rintracciarla, La struttura non era Villa nancy, ma appartamenti in un stabile a 150 mt, il gestore che mi ha accolto non si aspettava prenotazioni , in quanto Villa Nancy e’ chiusa per danni subiti da un incendio , così mi ha detto . Alla fine ho avuto una sistemazione dignitosa.
