He estado hospedado aqui por 3 noches en el mes de Enero. El hotel estaba casi todo vacio. El apt que me toco, tenia 2 habitaciones mas la cocina, comedor, 2 baños y dos balcones. Muy comodo para pasar unos dias en familia. El mantenimiento era muy pobre. Una de las puertas de la habitaciones tenia un agujero provocado por un golpe que alguien le habra dado. La limpieza no fue de lo mejor. El principal problema fue que los aires acondicionados no funcionaban correctamente y de noche hacia mucho frio para dormir sin ellos. En definitival, un lugar con mucho potencial, quizas en temporada, este un poco mas cuidado.

The bed sheets were old and no duvet at all. There was no towel and no pillows. Absolutely disappointed with the room. Those are like the basic things that needs to be at a room. Shamble.

Firstly the staff wasn’t kind, the buffet was too poor especially the dinner, the toilets stinked. I don’t recommend it to anyone! The money I gave there I could have better throw them in the trash rather than going to that “hotel”!! Probably the worst holidays there. Only the pool!!

With some changes it's value for money.

These residences have a lot of potentials if someone take care of them. Staff was welcome and was doing its best but the place is sort of staff especially during this time period. Rooms are spacious but with lots of issues. We didn't have towels in the rooms (we had to ask for them) and sheets for the couch. No bulb in the main bathroom and maintenance wise it could be so much better. Main pool needs to be cleaned better, because even during morning times it was very dirty and the tiles needs to be changes asap before someone gets hurt really bad. Cleaning in the common areas is a must but due to sort of staff they cannot make it happen. Owner needs to spend some money instead of only receiving. Location is very convinient, 5 minutes by car from city centre and 7-8 from Peyia. Overall for what you pay is value for money, but it could be so much better if they pay attention to simple things.

Anything but Elegant

Cyprus Tourism Organisation should review their license to operate. Filthy rooms with black mold in bathroom, mold on walls, pool with fungi on the decorative rocks, no life guard on duty. I had called 11 times two days before checking in to ask some questions such as "Do I need to bring my own pool towels ?" No answer. When I mentioned this at the reception, their response was, "I am too busy". Furthermore, during check-in I had asked if the room was clean (after having read some bad reviews) and the answer was "It should be clean" Breakfast was OK, nothing special. No coffee machines or option of any other coffee other than instant coffee. Service was ok. Waiters were polite, but clearly they has no official training from some tourism college. Room towels were old and seemed that the laundry service was doing a poor job. No cleaning service despite the confirmation of the reception that the cleaning service was going to clean our apartment on day 3. Dishes and mugs were dirty. We had to buy our own detergent, sponge and disinfectant to clean the kitchen before using it. The floor was filthy, and we had to mop and disinfect ourselves as we have small children. Television was old CRT type which was hardly working with a decoder. Remote control batteries were depleted. Air conditions were working but a foul mold smell was coming out of them. WiFi router in living room, but bandwidth was poor. No recycling bins.

Det var godt nok et billigt hotellejlighed. Men derfor kunne de godt fylde op i køkken skuffer og skabe. De skriver fuldt køkken, så regner jeg med at jeg kan lave letter retter. Men nej... Ingen Potter, pander, gryder osv... Første aften skulle jeg koge vand til min kaffe, det blev så i en mælkekande, det var hvad der kunne indholde lidt vand. Senge. har sovet på feltsenge der var bedre. Udtjente senge, ingen Top madrasser. Det eneste positive jeg kan skrive, der var vand i den store pool.
