The room was very clean and it seemed like it was newly remodeled.. very nice room and nice staff.

The staff was friendly and tried to help. The room had no extra blankets and it was chilly. The bathroom was not clean. The towels were paper thin - no showering for me, spent $30 for gym day pass to shower. There was a loud disturbance n the parking lot for most of the night. Staff claimed they couldn’t call police before ten. I called police who arrived around midnight. The guy stayed in his car playing softer music but was just there in. The parking lot being creepy. The “breakfast” room was cluttered with boxes and had nothing aside from a packaged pastry. Did not feel safe here at all.

The front desk felt unfriendly from the start. No smile. No welcome. Check in moved slowly and set the tone for the stay. The room smelled like smoke the moment we walked in. The metal bed frame made noise every time we moved. The bathroom felt mediocre and I preferred not to use the shower. The towels were thin and rough. The bath towels were also small. This stay did not meet basic expectations for comfort or service.

Very, very dirty. I’m not sure if they have cleaned after the last 10 guests at least. Very loud. There were people constantly going in and out of their rooms next to us. Slamming the door, yelling and arguing most of the night. Will not be staying there again.
