Staff was really nice. Property has gone under new management and has gone down hill. Room wasn’t clean, toilet was broken, hot water did not work in shower, and also the shower gel in shower was broken. I have stayed here multiple times before and it was great however this time I was disappointed.

The hotel was just ok. The location was the best part of the hotel. It was close to the navy pier and they was where we went. The shower water was cold and didn’t get hot. There was no bath gel in the container in the shower either. Valet parking is $86 but there is a garage 400 ft from the entrance that was $35 over night through spot hero if you don’t mind parking yourself.
