The hotel was very clean and the staff war super nice and friendly. The rooms were very nice and well stocked and the breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from. Everyone was extremely helpful… I booked three rooms and they made sure one of the rooms had a wheelchair accessible shower which we needed for my mother. Very very happy with my stay.

This was the best experience for the Marriott brand. The staff was amazing and very kind ( especially with the gentleman being trained). The breakfast was great and the staff all around were pleasant and gracious. If I need to travel, this hotel brand will be it. Great job!

Great location, I wish there was easier transportation into the city but we eneded up driving our own car. Overall really impressed with the suit with kitchenett, breakfast in the morning and how safe we felt while here. We are coming back next summer and will be booking again. Thanks for the great vacation looking foward to next time.

Perfect family stay

This is our second time staying here when we visit Chicago and it has everything we need. The location is perfect for shopping and it’s not far from the airport. The hotel is clean, pool is great for the family, and the breakfast is just enough to start your day off.
