Good location but wouldn't stay again

- We were not given the room we booked. We booked a family suite for 5 which should have contained 1 Double Bed and 2 Twin Beds but the room we got had 2 singles squished together to make a double and 2 singles not twins. - Planes going over the top of the hotel made it noisy and difficult to sleep. - Shower set up was bizarre with the shower head so low there was no way you could stand underneath it and so had to hold it up constantly. - Wifi was very slow/barely worked. - Beds and pillows were comfortable. - Staff were friendly.

Good place to stay!

Good stay, very basic but the staff was lovely, the beds were confortable and the shower was hot. Nothing bad to say!

Hôtel bon marché mais sans accueil

Nous sommes arrivés le soir et le réceptioniste qui ne nous attendait pas nous a mal reçu. Il a fallu un appel téléphonique au gérant pour qu'il décroche un oetit sourire, nous a laissé la clé de la chambre sans nous indiquer oû elle se situait.

Bad Location & Expensive

This hotel is situated out of town, at the end of the takeoff runway of Chiang Mai airport. This creates 3 problems: 1. It's far to get into and back from Chiang Mai. 2. The noise of the jets taking off is deafening. 3. If a jet crashes while taking off, this hotel would be toast.

A Simple Place at a Good Price

An OK hotel on the edge of Niman and in a quiet area. Lovely outdoor area to sit in the winter sun. Friendly staff who try very hard.
