nice room, staff & city

The owner, son & staff were very helpful. It was a great experince to be imersed in the local culture. Few english speaking tourists are in the area. The Mayan musuem was just across the steet as well as a huge market. The walk down Ave. de Heroes to the water was pleasent. A bus ride to the nearby fishing village of Calderita was fun. A collectivo taxi to the beautiful Laguana Bacalara and town was a good day trip. Next time I stay here I will go to the Mayan ruin just north of Caldarita. I was lucky and received a renovated room. New AC, tiled shower, bathroon, flat screen, WiFi OK, really strong around lobby. I stayed here four nights. I should have stayed a fifth.

Un hotel muy limpio

Me gustó mucho la atención por parte de los chicos de recepción, fueron demasiado atentos. En el restaurante la cocinera con buen sazón y muy amable en su recibimiento. En verdad superaron mis expectativas y las de mi pareja. Una excelente estancia y buen recibimiento. Solo si pediría que comentaran con el ayuntamiento que hubiera más iluminación en las calles, porque está muy solitario, a pesar de estar en el centro. Pero por parte del hotel, los servicios, la limpieza, la atención y las recomendaciones de que hacer en Chetumal, todo de manera excelente. ¡¡¡Muchas gracias!!!, nos vemos pronto!

Solo nos hospedamos por una noche; a favor del hotel puedo decir que la atención del personal fue muy agradable y atenta; el desayuno estaba incluido y fue bueno, otro punto a favor es que cuenta con estacionamiento. Lo que no me gusto fue las condiciones de la habitación, lucía descuidada y vieja, las camas son incomodas y se sienten viejas, en general la habitación fue demasiado austera por lo que el precio lo considero muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Elegimos la Junior Suite por el A/C, la habitación nos pareció cómoda, limpia, y espaciosa. En lo personal, me hubiera gustado más si las paredes estuvieran menos sucias, un tapete para el baño y otro tipo de música en el restaurante. En lo que se refiere al resto del hotel parece tener sus años de antigüedad pero puedo decir que por el precio que pagamos, si lo vale.

El hotel está a unas pocas cuadras del malecón. La atención del personal fue muy buena: se portaron amables y resolvieron mis dudas para el check in. Es un buen hotel para dormir después de estar fuera todo el día visitando los lugares turísticos.
