Disappointed

This hotel removed all amenities except for a refrigerator and microwave. Only 1 lamp provided. Refused to provide iron/board, coffee maker, or hair dryer. Knats galore and we had no food in room. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable. Will not stay here again.

Manager ha & bedbugs

The manager hung up in my face. I called back 50 times and got hung up on. Even other hotel managers tried calling and they got hung up on. There are bedbugs everywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Patience is a Virtue

Ms Ronnette at the front desk was very helpful in getting me my room that was canceled because the wrong card info was given by Hotels.com and not the one I used to book the room originally. Thanks to her professionalism and experience, we worked it out and got me another room. Thank You Ms Ronnette!

Very clean sheets. Bathrooms were clean except shower was dirty. Ten men were roaming around parking lot and then stood ouside my door at 11:00 PM was scary. Glade I had a chain on my door. Women leaving one of the rooms across parking lot asked for ride when I was leaving.

It was ok. Rooms were decent (booked two for my family). They need updated, but served the purpose of a place decently priced to sleep. Rooms were cleaned. Paint coming off bathtub. Bedspread VERY thin, was cold most of the night. Area is business, so lots of traffic. Very close, within walking distance, to many dining establishments and Walmart. We would probably stay again if we were on a tight budget, as we were with this trip, but if we had more planning beforehand we probably would have stayed elsewhere. Overall ok though.

Rooms were dirty and in poor condition. People were up outside yelling literally all night. Seemed like illegal activities and business were being conducted. Things were broken in the room. People knocked on our door and phone rang in middle of night. It felt very unsafe and we were unable to sleep at all.

Ok

We needed something cheap for a quick two night stay. And this was pretty darn cheap. Overall it was clean enough. Though there was a hole in bathroom wall sealed with a plastic drink lid. Bar soap at sink but only a soap dispenser at shower. Heat/air worked well. So did fridge and microwave but beds were not comfortable and I woke up achy each morning. Extended stay folks kind of lurk around and hang out outside their room at all hours. front desk locks their doors at 9 pm and you have to interact with the clerk through a window. The staff was pleasant and friendly in my interactions.

No bueno hotel

Rude staff. Son woke up covered in bug bites. Refused to admit it was bug bites and said it could have been a mosquito and the. Refused to rent me a different room.
