New towels, and furniture. The 2 husband and wife team are very friendly and accommodating. They have clean the hotel up from what it once was. Great improvements.
Desk staff very nice and friendly. Offered extra pillows. Room Floors dirty, towel behind door from previous guest. A lot of noise from other rooms. Ad said breakfast and when booking it was promoted but no breakfast. Coffee and 2 flavours of juice....very disappointed wont return.
They charged an extra $12 dollar fee after i had paid everything online and when asked they couldnt explain what it was for, just that it had to be paid. Not the cleanest room and bathroom. Lied when they said they had to go breakfast, nothing offered not even water.

Hotel is in a great location and the owners/operators are trying to clean up the area and hotel. Just bad people doing bad things. Plus, hotel had been neglected from past owners. Staff and owners are great people.
Bed was comfortable. Furniture was old and broken - no chairs. (Fortunately we had our fold up chairs). Dresser with no drawers, lamp with no shade. Lacked amenities. I am surprised that Wyndham attaches its name to this hotel.

The stay was nice, the room was clean, water was hot like I like it. The only thing is the noise level. People were extremely loud and people visiting playing loud music in their car in the early morning hours.
I asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled of smoke. I did not ask to be moved as the room was perfect location as I was pulling a trailer and I could park it right outside. The tub/shower did not drain well, one of the "clean" towels had stains on it, lamp shade was trashed. I stayed there based on the price and location I needed. I would stay again based on the location I needed.
The property is not in a good area. There was not a person at the front desk for my check in. I have requested a refund because the location is not safe and there was broken furniture and mold in the bathroom. Pictures are deceiving. I would never recommend this place to stay.
I enjoyed the breakfast area. I dislike the low level of cleanliness. Upon checking in, my room was unmade; I mean bare mattress and with no pillowcases. The attendant is charging customers an extra $5:00 for himself on the pretext of a service charge. Just pathetic at best. Will never make that mistake again.
This hotels pictures is a lie, they don't have breakfast, everything was dirty, they don't serve breakfast, it is gross. The owners were really rude and acted like we were a burden showing up. The rest of the staff were friendlish. The location of the hotel was an inconvenience and the ceiling and walls were like that of cheap apartments you can hear everyone in there rooms. Most everything I'm the room was broken and really dirty plus the place smells horrible.

False advertisement, claim to have a simple breakfast but do not, have equipment in the small lobby but no service. Was told upon leaving they were working on getting it started but the Wyndham customer service agent stated they have not and will not have the breakfast. Sidewalks outside the rooms are nasty and in need of pressure washing, door had to be forcefully lacked from the inside. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 4. The rooms have been updated and were nice.
Tie cons are so deplorable hard to explain very dangerous as you have tenets that live there fighting and arguing scream all darn every minute day and night never got sleep at all. Can not believe there is not something done about it. The cleaniness no ice machine working bugs everywhere no one on property is doing nothing about any of it
Nasty! for it to be a Wyndham Associated Hotel actually OSHA needs to come out and inspect this property. Floors dirty, look like they haven't been swept in a long time. Needs to be mocked. Bathroom nasty, and barely had any toilet paper did not have the toilet paper holder to hold the toilet paper. Bed head had holes going across the wall where a headboard supposed to be. The bed smelled nasty and the linen was dirty and dingy looking. It's amazing that they are allowed to charge the money that they charge for the type of service that is given. They advertise breakfast but that is not true there is no breakfast that is false advertisement. Very disappointing and I can't believe that Wyndham would attach their name to such a property.There really wasn't much space to park my car and I was afraid to park it in the back because it looked like a bunch of hoodlums standing around smoking in the back. Overall this place reminded me of a Roadway Motel and should not be allowed to charge the price that they charge shame on you Wyndham!
When I arrived at the hotel the pictures on the website did not match what the hotel looked like in person. When my family and I got to the room the headboard on both beds were torn. When I went into the bathroom the floor was wobbly and it didn’t look to be swept, because there was hair on the floor. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned either, because it has a darker tint to it. After I left the bathroom my son point out that there was something red on the ironing board, which looked like blood. Not for sure though. At night time it was extremely noisy from other guest. When it came time for breakfast, I was under the impression that there was going to be breakfast, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. When my husband went down there, they only had coffee and a cereal bar. The staff was nice when I checked in.
Reservation was for a standard King bed. We got a two full size beds. Bed cover was visibly filthy. There was duct tape covering tiles in the shower. Broken tiles all over the floor. Floor was filthy. There was a skunky smell going up to our room and the odor of the interior of the room was unpleasant. We got in after midnight and did stay one night of our 3 night reservation. The next morning we checked out. I spoke to an employee to cancel the remaining two nights and she was helpful and willing to cancel and issue a refund. However, since we had booked through Expedia we would need to collect our refund from them. When I was finally able to have a virtual chat with Expedia, they claimed that the hotel refused the refund. Not sure what took place there after my conversation with the hotel employee, but either way we won’t be booking through Expedia again. The hotel staff that we did encounter for check in and check out were courteous and helpful.

Roaches everywhere, had to go buy spray, smelled like a pot party had been in that room, had to buy odoban, shower would not drain, light in vanity area only half lit, no grab n go as advertised. October visit was great, much nicer clean room, this room was not good at all. Already paid as a package so did not try to change things. Will have to pick another place to stay on my next trip.
