不好的体验

一进大堂就很吵，接待团体太多。房间的空调不能调节，非常热，无法入睡。而且同事还被皮条客堵门骚扰。 地理位置很好，服务也还不错

服務很差勁的酒店

前台，餐廳，行政樓層都完全沒有熱情服務客人，非常不願意幫助客人，大廳永遠亂哄哄，抵達當天說沒有我的訂房記錄，還強調hotels.com跟酒店很少合作，主要服務內地人，整個飯店就是亂。

服務很差，沒有熱誠的土豪酒吧

早餐餐廳都不夠坐，客人取菜都不排隊，服務人員看到也不管，大堂人員非常消極處理事情，態度極為冷漠，check in說沒有訂房資料，說跟本很少hotels.com的客人來住。僅有地點方便，其他都很差勁，完全不推薦。

Great 5 star hotel

we stayed in executive room, and it is nice and great size, but the tv is quite small tho. when i came in, the front desk took a while to find this booking which was little annoying. the breakfast is just okay, was hoping for something better since its a 5 star. overall, the whole stay was really nice. for the price that i paid, I will recommend Min Shan hotel instead which its just down the street; their executive room has bigger size and better bathtub, and more importantly their breakfast is awesome. ps their location is great and convient as well.
