The property staff friendly but some of the guest were so very disrespectful. We chose to stay on pool side but the guest decided to party at the pool and were extremely loud and was unable to get a good night sleep. They did not stop till wee hours in the morning. sounded like they beat the door with something a few times.

No hot water at all. When we got to the hotel to check in, I noticed the water pressure was low in the bathroom of the lobby. I asked the lady at the front desk before I checked in, was this gonna be a problem? She said no they were working on it as we speak. After eating and visiting around downtown Chattanooga, we went back to the hotel to shower and get ready for the next day and it was absolutely no hot water. We are a family of our my youngest being 9 years old. I went to the lobby told the guy and it was absolutely nothing he could do, just kept saying sorry. We came to Chattanooga to enjoy a day for my birth month. I normally don’t do motels, but I thought we’re only gonna be here for a day. It’s in a great location. The ratings were wonderful and boy were we wrong. Not to mention the homelessness that was hanging out across from the hotel and people being loud in the parking lot late through the night. The room also had an off smell, which I asked the front desk if the hotels were non-smoking, and he assured that it was.We couldn’t even hang our coats on the rack because the whole rack was badly rusted. No apology, no compensation, no anything for the disgrace of the room. We will most definitely not be back visiting that motel.
