Rooms 47 w Starym Porcie Weneckim.

Nasz pobyt w Rooms 47 był taki jaki oczekiwaliśmy, Dostaliśmy od właścicielki lepszy pokój niż rezerwowany z widokiem na morze, okolica cudowna - przy Starym Porcie Weneckim w Chanii. Kamienica zabytkowa i są pewne mankamenty ale jest niepowtarzalny klimat. Właścicielka Sophia i jej facet są strasznie mili i gościnni. To co najważniejsze czyli pościel i ręczniki świeże i pachnące. Polecam nocleg jeśli ktoś chce poczuć klimat Chanii nocą.

impagabili la cortesia e la simpatia di Sophia ed ottima la posizione a meno di 100m dal centro storico.l'edificio è ristrutturato ma in un contesto storico.

Overbooked

Upon our arrival we have been told that there was no room available, despite our booking. We have been suggested an alternative hotel which was very loud at night and where we have found a cockroach. Very frustrating experience.

The hotel was overbooked. Unfortunately we haven't read previous reviews, else we would know that it is common practice there. The owner suggested us two other hotels; after rejecting the first one due to very bad smell, we have accepted the second one since we did not want to spend too much time searching for an affordable accomodation. Finally we could not sleep in this place (eftihis rooms) since it was very loud (located just over a tavern) and due to cockroaches.

L'hôtel n'a pas été en mesure d'honorer la réservation, situation que j'ai découverte à mon arrivée à l'hôtel à 19h (aucun message pour me prévenir). L'hôtelière a alors tenté de trouver une alternative chez deux de ses collègues (première proposition avec salle de bain sur le palier, deuxième proposition vétuste et sale). J'ai donc dû partir moi-même à la recherche d'un autre hôtel.

Abbiamo deciso di alloggiare in questo hotel in quanto arrivavamo tardi con l aereo a chania. L hotel non ha parcheggio per cui trovare da parcheggiare è un casino e per chi ha valige come noi non è il massimo. Arrivati all hotel ci hanno detto che avevano dato via la nostra camera perché non ci hanno visto arrivare e io gli ho detto che glielo avevo scritto al momento della prenotazione l orario di arrivo. La tipa molto gentilmente ci ha trovato un altra sistemazione li vicino in un posto squallido. La camera era in un sottoscala. Il water perdeva acqua. Insomma un incubo. Per fortuna alla mattina siamo ripartiti presto. Diciamo che prenotando con expidia non mi sarei mai aspettato di trovarmi in una situazione simile. Giudizi vero e proprio sull hotel purtroppo non li posso scrivere perché l ho visto solo da fuori. Il posto comunque è vicinissimo al centro ma occhio alla mancanza di parcheggio.

Première étape en crète

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la patronne . Hôtel bien situé au calme dans une impasse mais très proche du centre ville. Nous étions deux et avions une chambre pour quatre avec vue sur mer pour un prix très correct.

απαράδεκτο!

Φτάσαμε και η κράτηση δεν είχε γίνει, παρόλο που το είχαμε κλείσει 3 μήνες πριν. Η δικαιολογία της ήταν ότι δεν της είχε στείλει το σαιτ την κράτηση. Δεν εμφανίστηκε καθόλου, μόνο στο τηλ μας μίλησε. Μας έβαλε στο δωμάτιο της καθαριστριας και προσφερθηκε να μας βρει αλλού. Βρωμιά παντού. Καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Μας πήγε σε μια γνωστή της για ένα βράδυ στη διπλάσια τιμή και είπε: "δεν πειράζει αυτοκίνητο έχουν ας ψάξουν μόνοι τους". Μέχρι να βρούμε δωμάτιο ταλαιπωριθηκαμε πολύ.. Απ'οτι μάθαμε η συγκεκριμένη το έχει σύστημα. Απλά απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά! Κρίμα.

Ha en nødplan klar

det var en meget negativ oplevelse at ankomme til hotellet. Vi havde ugen forinden ringet dertil for at sikre at vores reservation var i orden og vi kunne tjekke ind kl 2230, vi ankom led Taxa fra lufthavnen som planlagt. En venlig kvinde spurgte om vi var fra Sverige. Jeg viste hende vores booking papirer og hun blev helt forvirret. Værelset var udlejet og de havde ingen anelse om vi kom. Da der var mørkt og det var sent om aftenen, fulgte hun os ind i et meget snavset rum i nabohuset, hvor vi kunne sove , indtil næste dag hvor de ville få styr på værelserne. På det værelse vi kom ind på stod der 5 faldefærdige senge men snavset sengetøj. Toilettet var virkelig beskidt og bruseren virkede ikke. Vi blev der den ene nat og næste morgen gik vi ud og fandt et andet hotel. Da vi kom tilbage efter vores bagage , ville vi selvfølgelig tjekke ud og sige vi ikke ville blive, men det var ingen i receptionen og de kunne ikke ringes op. Så vi forlod stedet uden at betale og fandt selv et ophold et dejligt sted i byen. Jeg er sikker på at opholdet kunne have været fint, hvis de havde haft styr på værelserne. Men det var virkelig klamt det vi kom til.

When my boyfriend and I arrived to the proprierty, late at night (as comunicated the reservation), the owner of the hotel told us that there were no rooms available because the hotel had been "overbooked". We met other 10 guests at the hall with the same problem. Then, the owner told us and other 2 guests to go to another "hotel", 10 minutes walking from the first one, with our entire luggage. The room we were taken was very old, with poor furniture, no wifi, no view of the sea, nothing like we've planed for our first night in Greece. And yet, we had to pay the 30 euros that we should pay for the rooms 47 to this awful place. We told the owner before leaving this day that we had another reservation in 2 days and she told us that this wouldn't happen again on our next day there. What was our surprise when we arrived? There wasn't a room for us again. We had to look for another place by ourselves, because the owner took us to a place even worst than the first one, this one didn't even had a bathroom inside the room. We found a hotel far from the city, more expensive. We saw the same situation happen to many guests while we were there trying to solve things. Not recomended AT ALL!!!

Funktionales Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt

Zimmer war etwas schwer zu finden (Navi, google Maps). Die Besitzerin des Hotels war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr praktisch ist die Nähe zur Altstadt. Zimmer sind funktional und geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

En højst ubehagelig oplevelse

Svært at bedømme hotellet fordi det var overbooket så vi blev henvist til et andet sted. Det sted vi blev henvist til havde ikke wi-fi eller fungerende air condition og var på en meget larmende, trafikerede vej. Det var bestemt ikke den romantisk oplevelse vi havde regnet med og vi sov stort set ikke pga varmen og støjen.

Hotel is small and modest but really charming. The room was equipped with everything that we needed during our short holiday. The owner-Sofia- is also really nice and helpful. The location is obviously perfect. ;)

Situation géographique idéale.

Rooms 47 est très bien situé, la vue sur le port est imprenable et il y a quantité de petits restaurants et cafés à procimité. L'accueil fut très chaleureux. Il s'agit d'un excellent rapport qualite prix.
