Overnight stop over

We needed a place to spend overnight before driving back to Bangkok having driven from Ranong 8 hours earlier. It was a basic room which was satisfactory for the price , clean and comfortable. I probably wouldn’t choose to stay again unless no other options available.

Clean modern hotel

Nice clean hotel near the beach. There’s plenty of food options & a 7-11 round the corner. Breakfast is great! Couldn’t ask for a better hotel at this price range.

Simple stay

The hotel is very close to the beach. The room was very clean.The staffs were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, too!

Nice hotel, nice staff and cool pool

Liked very much the hotel, the building and rooms and new, well put together and with a nice pool. You get a plate with eggs, bacon and salad. The also have bread, jam, and drinks that you serve by your self. The staff is quite friendly, which they knew more information about transportation and also could speak more english. Also there is a small massage place next door that the lady is an amazing massusse ;)

Dont be fooled by the photos

This hotel along with its sister hotel opposite, goodnight cha-am minitel are not very old hotels so you can imagine very good in the brochure. This unfortunately is where it ends. On arrival the hotel was empty and they wanted us to go to the second floor. Nobody spoke english and after calling a manager by phone they moved us to the ground floor as i have just had knee surgery. All you could hear from the reception area were young staff talking loudly all hours and playing on their laptops. Because of age and inexperience the customer service was none existent. Breakfast was a joke they cant even cook eggs and because the lack of communication we could not order anything else. After 5 days of our 12 day stay we decided to check out and got an early flight home. Hotels.com did try to get us a refund of 7 days but out of desperation for money the hotel refused. No wonder this place was empty. Have travelled to thailand many times and having paid more than normal for a good hotel this was our worse experience. Looks good but avoid you can get much better for less.

酒店非常棒，比想像好很多，訂的原因是因為價格便宜，雖然知道離市區有點遠，不過我們自己開車就覺得無所謂。事實也真的有點遠，開車到夜市要半小時。到了 發現真的物超所值。所有的東西都很好。第二天還送我們早餐。all day breakfast那種，好用心的早餐。

ghost town with the beach of horror

The hotel was very stylish and functional, but run by teenagers. The breakfast was small and boring, and not the buffet as promised. The Wi-Fi access was complicated, the staff couldn't help much, but hadn't problems watching Netflix, while giving you the wrong WiFi password. The room didn't get cleaned until we asked for it on the 2. day. surrounding area is dead, get dinner before 20.00 or it's too late.

I prefer they do cleaning everyday. When I asked you don't clean everyday? They said that if the guest don't request they don't, for respect to valued belongings of the guest!
