"Horrible! Unfriendly staff. We stayed at one of the cottages. Room was not ready when we arrived. Room had a funky musty smell… Half of the destination chargers work. So make sure you’re at least 50% charge when you arrive. Other guests experiencing same issues cut their stay short because of this… "

"I mean I realize it’s in the middle of the woods, so keep that in mind. My son woke up to a giant bug crawling on him. It bit him in the night, which meant we got to sleep 3 in our Double bed. lol. I realize there is no place else to really stay in the valley so you’re kinda stuck with it. There’s no AC and it was freaking HOT in our cabin! The restaurant and gift shop were nice to have, but be prepared because they price gauge the heck out of ya. It would be nice if they at least offered a couple bottles of water when you check in. Mediocre cleanliness is to be expected in the woods I guess and can’t comment on the pool as it was closed despite being 80 degrees. "

"The room did the job in terms of a place to sleep for the night. Walls are thin and neighbors were loud late and night and again early in the morning. Nothing nice, but did the trick for a quick nighter to hit the resort the next day. Would I return - likely not. "
